TOTAL DISASTER! Don’t book this place! I made a booking online but upon arrival, they did not even take a look on my booking reservation and they just instruct me that I need to go to their other hotel with the same name, but upon arriving at the second hotel, the front desk asked me to wait while checking my booking. But after 30minutes they check my booking confirmation and told me that I need to go back to the first hotel. Noooo!!! Even 1 star they dont deserved it.

The worst hotel I've ever been to. The dirtiest and with the barest room. In other countries the health bureau would have closed it long ago. He doesn't even deserve my time to tell the disgusting details. We only stayed because we were tired after a long evening looking at other places.

customer service is Off. Bathroom have no heater , no tissue and no shampoo too. with small CRT TV. WALANG KUMOT. pang short time na stay lang talaga. price is little expensive if you compare with other hotels with the same price range but can offer complete.

good parking space, good customer service, cold air condition but the room looks and smells old.walls and ceiling needs to repaint.toilet door lock and bowl flush not functioning.
