No extra blankets, no activities other than swimming (no tv in our room) and grumpy/rude owner/receptionist... Worst beach hotel and resort experience.

Rooms are clean but not really secure although the place is very quiet. You can walk around the beach area as well. For food, just walk a few minutes on the road and you can find restos who sell local food or groceries.

i cannot recommend this place to anyone. me and my family had a horrible and frustrating stay at this place. i was not impressed with the owner at all. she is not very hospitable. i totally understand that these are small-scale, family owned businesses that promotes income and tourism to the area, which made me think twice to write this review. i still want other people to be aware what to expect and how to manage a situation based on my experiences. i booked the place online using agoda and haven’t been home for almost 5-6 years. im a balik-bayan wanted to enjoy a simple-relaxing stay. a week wasted based on these trail of events/stay at the place. -as soon as we arrived the owner asked for a 2k peso deposit. to be used if there will be damages done in her property. -despite paying for the room and board, you have to pay for the use of small cottages which are old already. -we arrived Friday night, my niece and nephews wanted to use the pool. all pool lights were turned off. parents will totally understand how upset kids will be, if they cannot jump into the pool. -we decided not to bring our towels because most places provides it. the owner does not provide towels. you have to beg for it. -no toiletries provided. you also have to beg for it, as well. -the owner will roam around the property areas and watch the kids playing. i don’t feel like kids will not enjoy at this place. it reminds me of a dormitory. -you cannot even heat your “baon” since stove or microwaves does not exist. stove by the way costs 500pesos if rented. -on our check-out day, we are forced to check-out an hour early. she claimed that she will do an audit for the towels, linen and pillows used. the owner almost charged us for a lost pillow. we offered her go check our van and bags. one of her staff claimed that she miscounted it. it is a small town in Lobo, Batangas and very remote. nothing too much to expect at this moment. so, be prepared to hang in your accommodation. although, there is a small old lighthouse to visit. all above experience from the person who booked the place. the driver of our van also had a bad experience with the owner. i am not going to mention it here on my review.

One of the worst resorts keeps on charging us for.unneccesary charges. Remus is sobrang yabang. And also his mother ruined our vacation. They kicked us out even if we are paid in the middle of the night. Will never come back to this place

A must visit resort for your family and friends. Rooms are clean, service is quite good and the location is convenient for everyone.

Rooms and swimming pool are okey but they have worse service I’ve ever received there was not toothbrushes and soap they are not even sending towels. Staff there are very business minded they are just charging extra for every little things and there service was not that good. There was not hot water also

Affordable. Pebbles Beach with Crystal Clear Water

Its a long drive but we just enjoy the scenery, the beautiful mountains and some rock formation. The roads is on continous improvement and its good compare with before. Cerca is a offers both experience in swimming in pool and on the beach. I doesnt try the pool but I love the beach becaise the water is so clean. Not the white sand type of beach, much of peebles but not the rough one. Its a wonderful experience over all. But I hope the entrance be lower from a 350 entrance now. Wish lang!

The owner, Remus, is very nice and accommodating to our requests. He advised the staff to not hurry us up on our check out. The place is clean. The rooms are clean and aircon is cold. The sea water is clean and clear and free from any seaweed or trash. The pool is clean. The place was not crowded. Toilet flush in our family room needed repair, plus the floor of the beach hut we rented needed repair. Overall, though, it was a great family experience in this resort.

The beach here is excellent. Added to that is the very accommodating staff and wonderful rooms with aircons. We were able to spend our vacation meaningfully. We had a great time as partners. This is surely one of the best places I've ever been. I'll be back here soon.

I booked 3 deluxe rooms for 2 nights. Nanay who welcomed us was very accomodating. Even though there were some lapses with the communication with agoda. Nanay was able to adjust and approved some of our request. Rooms and CR are kept clean. Place is dog friendly too for fur babies and plenty of activities to do.

Wifi not very well but the ambiance was good very relaxing .

Clean, friendly owner and staff. The only problem we think is the karaoke, too loud, non stop. We suggest they don’t put karaoke near the guests room. Came here to relax and enjoy the beach. But because of too loud karaoke can’t relax and sleep well. And another suggestion, put chairs in the patio outside the guest room. Thank you

This is a nice place. Needs improvement though. Rooms are new. The room we got was okay it was on the 3rd floor and a bit hard for the seniors that accompanied us. There was a foul smell in the room when we came in. Aircon was very cold. No TV. Wifi doesn't work during peak hours maybe because a lot are using it. The owners are friendly but the place should be managed by professionals. The staff who assists us always seem not to know anything when we asked and referred us to the owners. The food seems expensive but very basic cooking. Nothing special. They only have one handwritten menu for the entire restaurant. They have a nice sized pool but i felt itchy. It has chlorine but maybe the filter pump is not running. The beach for me is okay but can be a bit painful if you are barefoot. The kids need to wear slippers. Water is very clean and clear. No strong waves. Ideal for the family. Karaoke is a bit annoying at night. The big plus for me is you can see the dolphins at sunrise and sunset from the beach side. Overall i think this will be better if this was professionally managed and not by family members.

Super affordable! Love the beach, the pool, the room, and most esp lola and all the crew. Super nice sila lhat. May mini tindahan sila, and resto, and may msrap na lomihan s kanto. Linis ng beach area nila. One of the few places I'm absolutely willing to go back to!
