The place is very relaxing and peaceful. They have cocoons with the price starts at P1000 per night and the cocoons is good for two person. Very unique design. Beach and swimmipin pool is also available. They also have different water activities. Just check the photo for your reference. A great place to unwind and enjoy the sea breeze.

The whole area is not yet fully developed. First, parking is not enough to accommodate many vehicles, on rainy days, the parking area is very very muddy. The lobby and dining area is very nice and airy. The swimming pool is wide and nice, but there is no lifeguard, which they should have. Rooms are very very small, and eventhough they said it's sanitized, i can smell cigarrette smoke already attached to the surfaces of the room. Toilet and bath areas are big, clean and modern (except for the toilet near the rooms). The problem is, if you are going to the toilet or bathroom, you still need to walk and bring your toiletries and clothes with you. Meaning, it's not convenient. Overall, the place still needs much improvement. If you will have senior citizens go with you, it will not be suitable for them.

I took us 3 hour and 30 mins from Cavite via SLEX to reach this beautiful place in Laiya, Batangas... Check in Sunday and got the garden view side. The place is quite and not too crowded. IG worthy.. Staff are accommodating and friendly to their guest Food was awesome...big serving, affordable and most of all it delicious... I do hope that they will extend to pool hour from 8 pm to at least 10 pm so we can enjoy it more while gazing at the night sky...

I recently went at Cocoons the place is great but I must say I was extremely disappointed with our experience. Upon arriving, my family and I were informed that only two people were allowed in our room, despite the fact that we had our mother and baby with us. We politely asked if we could pay for the extra head, but the staff named shala and the supervisor named gwen refused to accommodate our request, citing some obscure rule that we were not made aware of beforehand. Not only was this extremely frustrating and inconvenient, but the way we were treated by the staff was simply inhumane. It was almost 8pm , tired and exhausted from our photo shoot at their facility, and yet the hotel staff showed no compassion or understanding of our situation. They were completely inflexible and unhelpful, leaving us feeling unwelcome and uncomfortable in their establishment. Overall, I would not recommend this hotel to anyone. The lack of consideration and empathy shown by the staff, combined with their rigid and arbitrary rules, made for a thoroughly unpleasant experience. Save yourself the trouble and find a more accommodating and welcoming place to stay."

Thumbs up for the pool and beach facilities….Excellent service and friendly staff…However, this place is not for families as ALL their rooms were tiny. Seems their target customers are couples or working adults….The restrooms and shower facilities were separated from the main accommodations…..imagine sleeping in the middle of the night and you need to pee…Overall, it’s a good experience…..if you don’t mind squeezing inside a cocoon….you will wake up feeling like a beautiful butterfly the next day….😝😝😝

Great place to chill out from the busy city life. With a lot of water activities to try out and a spectacular view of Batangas' mountains by the beach.

Finally, able to visit the cocoons 2nd location. Rooms 5of5 Same great experience here!!^^ Rooms always so good to stay at, surprising spacious and fully equipped with stuff needed for a relaxing stay!! Super love the experience stayimg here. Common bathroom SOO many shower and toilet, clean and equipped with toilet papers. Service 5of5 always good staff and service from cocoons! Kudos to team. I commend the way they keep the bathrooms clean. Always safe for visitors to walk around and visible with caution sign if slippery. Location 4of5 Very accessible. I love the place, so intimate and i like it so muchie! I have to be honest since i have experienced the one inside casobe, club laiya has fewer attractions here. Which means perfect for those who wants quiet time and intimate setting 🩷 But the highlight in this is the resto captain barbossa!!! Same food quality at casobes! Dont miss the ribs!! It may not be now but the place has great plans for the future, really good plan for the place cant wait to go back when everythings have been developed and are in place already!

Very accommodating, good service and very friendly staff and (Elwin) for assisting our breakfast. I definitely recommend to my family and relatives.

Situated in Laiya, San Juan, Batangas. Around 30 to 40mins away from San Juan (although we used public transpo so there might be some discrepancies). They have the best customer service! Place is fairly new, quite private and has their own beachfront. Captain barbozza restaurant serves the best drinks for around 440 php per liter, their frozen mango margarita is to die for! They also offer day tours so in the afternoon there are plenty of people out and about.

This place is suitable for man. Because ALL the CR and BARTHROOMS are public use, ladies are not so convenient. The sea and food is okay.

I like the cocoons room with starlight. The cocoons are cute. Beach are clean. Great food and great view. The place is relaxing.

Rating 100000/10 even tho the condo is not rise yet, they have cocoons which is cute and very comfortable with complete facilities!😍 the pool and beach was clean and great! The restrooms are separated but man its so clean and well maintained and they have aircon in their shower room!They have bar &restaurants, and they have super hospitable and accommodating staffs, they will pamper you like your in a 10 star hotel😍 the food was great also! Its super worth it! SUPER RECOMMEND

They have a great pool, their beach front was clean but not the best value for money given the size of the room and no breakfast included. Not the best experience for someone used to bigger spaces.

4 days spent at this place with no peace and quiet. 3 of the 4 days, there was a piledriving operation at the next lot, which causes a massive bang and small quake every time the weight is dropped. The noise and the shaking was felt even if inside the rooms/cocoons. This migraine inducing noise and shaking kept on for hours on end. Last day, there was a massive corporate event on the beach, complete with booming stereos and big subwoofers. Spent a lot of time inside the room to mitigate the maddening noise and shaking, instead of being able to stay by the pool or at the beach. Smoking area was beside the entrance of our room, causing the smell to seep into the room. Staff were polite, but management did NOT offer anything to compensate for the dismal experience. Guests should have been made aware of these major disruptions PRIOR to booking.

The rooms, they call it cocoons, are unique. It's compact and designed for couple (exactly a king size bed). Although still okay for a family of 3 or 4, but they limit it to 0 to 6 years old kids only. Pools - adult pool at 4ft and kids pool at 2-3ft. The pool is open from 8am to 8pm. Beach - yes! You can go swimming in the beach as well but only until 6pm. Night swimming not allowed. What's good is that they have life guard on duty from 6am to 8pm. Restaurants - 2 restaurants available. The Sands Retobar is the resto near the pool which opens from 6am to 6pm weekdays and up to 11pm weekends. Captain Barboza, the reso near the beach opens at 11am to 11pm weekdays and 6am to 12mn weekends. The best part for me is that you can also avail the camper van! You can booked it with a capacith of until 5 pax. They also have Cabanas if you intend to do daytour only. They accept cash, credit card or gcash.

Facilities are great its clean like it should be. But what I don't like is lacked of lighting around the property specially at night. You can't really see the walkway while walking from the bar side going back to the cabanas area and you cant appreciate the swimming pool at night cuz it's so darn dark. When you stay there overnight the cutoff time for the Facilities are so darn early. The bar closes at 10:30pm and the pool is only open until 8pm. After that you can't really do nothing and that's the boring part. Goodluck playing with a lot of mosquitoes and frogs around.

Testifying the resort's promise of out of the ordinary experience, our stay truly is one of the memorable. The cocoon's unusual room size deliver cozy and intimate vibe matching glowing little stars is fun and surreal. The resort's standard of cleanliness is also have to be commended. The unique physical feature inevitably comes with comprises: have to go out of your room in the middle of the night when nature calls, lingering thoughts of compromised privacy when your room mate open the door while you changing comes along with it, etc.. Nevertheless, I'm still recommended the place because the wonderful experience will be with you in your journey going back home.
