Don't even bother to come to this branch. Most of the staff specially the reception are extremely unprofessional. The receptionists seem sad that me and my other 6 family members are there asking to get our face done. We then just decided not to get there service as they are not welcoming and poor customer service. You'll truly see if a establishment is worth your money and time on your first step in, unfortunately they are not. Think about, if they are already lazy to receive clients what more if they're doing your face. Read more reviews down and see what they experienced.

Need improvement on customer service. The services that are done for me were facial, manicure and pedicure, and underarm waxing. The one who did my nails, was not able to get my dry skin on my big toe removed. Facial service wise, well average for the service, Underarm waxing, same staff who did my facial was like rushing to finish and go out of the room. Hopefully the management will pay attention to this.

I had my sessions here twice but I don't think I'm gonna come back. First is, they don't offer new towels for new customers. They also don't have other facials available aside from their harsh extractions. It left a scab on my face that I think is normal but I hoped it could've been better. I just wish that they could be more hygienic and offer more types of facials. The staffs are nice but the services could be improved.

Horrible service. The environment is not clean. I saw baby cockroach in the working bed. The staff didn't care and wanted me to lay on the bed without any towel on it. You can see the attached image. The white thing leaked to my hair as well. Never go to this place. You will be disappointed. Sayang Ang pera😓

Reception area is nice. I thought that with its asking price for the service, it has a classy exclusive feeling. When I went to the back to get my lashes done, I was disappointed that the service area was way below what ai was expecting. Beds are literally just an inch from each other. I tried giving the benefit of the doubt, like maybe their service is at par - i was so wrong in so many level. The extension lashes were so stiff!!! Most of it fell out on my 2nd day!! The room was so publicly accessed, they would allow other customers to stop and watch whatever service was being dine.

they dont accept customers even though it's 1 hour before closing for a 15 min - 30 min work done. it seems some of the staff are just too tired or doesn't want to do the work. this didn't happen only once, it happened a couple of times, i keep checking in when they will accept a customer 1 hour and 30 mins before sm closes. i suggest you take your money elsewhere
