Never have I tried this bad a service. They refuse to clean your room in a 2 week stay. No fresh towls. It takes them more then 1 hour to serve you a Omelet for breakfast and most of the time when you order an omelet, you will end of with French toast. I will rather sleep on the street then going back here

The restaurant manager was rude and obviously uneducated. It was a big disappointment when we dined at their restaurant. The food tasted bad and the restaurant staff left us unattended for almost an hour while they were meeting I was told. I came from the US and decided to treat my high school classmates for lunch. The older skinny lady manager was the rudest person. She was pointing where she wanted me to seat and she was yelling at the servers in front of us. Never again will I come back to that hotel for anything. Bad, bad experience. Unbelievable how they even advertise online of their business. If there was a NO STAR rating, thy what I would rate them.

A gem nestled in the heart of Batangas City. The buffet breakfast was okay though the menu is pricey. The service was remarkable since the employees were all very friendly and accommodating. The place is less crowded so it's quiet and can expect to have more privacy. Layout and design is interesting however the hotel and the room feels kinda old so it needs some minor repair and renovation especially the gym. Not much to do here but sleep and relax.

Wow!!! That was kinda magical experience for me! Perfect ambiance for the balikbayan friends out there! I get to enjoy the spectacular view at the pool! The view was classy with a touch of elegance and romance! I was so obsessed with the sceneries there! The staff were all welcoming and very attentive to the needs of their guests! Kudos to the whole management for putting such mesmerizing hotel theme! I loved the food and the whole experience gave me the relaxation I deserved for a very long time! I couldn't wait for the next opportunity to visit here! Highly recommend ❣️

What a one of a kind experience this hotel had offered me. I was only in the Philippines yet I felt like I was out of the country when I went here. It has many IG-worthy views which made my vacation even more meaningful and memorable. If given a chance to travel and be in Batangas again, I’d definitely go back here.

Good infrastructure but being run with out any services and the place is going to dogs... How long can anyone blame it on covid..

The hotel is nice as well as the pool i can't resist to swim. Its nice to have a relax in the pool area and it has a good ambiance more over the place is so relaxing.

during my stay cation it doesn't seems like im in Philippine.. entire resort has their own forest, tracking course, and village which seems like a west European countries. I stay in exclusive room. living room and bedroom and shower room has well separated and each space is cozy and big enough. especially you can see and dive to swimming pool from your bedroom. connected to swimming deck directly😊 I love pool. they have 1 garden pool, 1 open pool, 1 private pool. water is so clean and there is shadow above.. so I can swimming freshly on daytime.

We stayed at the residences of pontefino..we have a lot of fun..rooms are quite good..the aircon is not much...i guess because of the hot weather ..i enjoyed my stay.

Food used to be very good. Now the food tastes terrible and the portions got smaller. Not coming back. Just go to a hole in the wall place in town and you will eat good for pennies.

The hotel is quite old, however we had the 'privilege' to stay in the newly built part of the hotel. The room was semi clean, you can tell the building quality is rather low especially in the bathroom. The room (Executive Suite) did not have a lot of space for 2 large suitcases. WiFi only in the room and the speed was joke. The pool has no adjacent showers in order to wash of the sweat or chlorine before/after getting in and out of the pool. The breakfast buffet is not a buffet, you have a very small and limited choice, plus you have to pay for coffee? The Restaurant staff was also not particularly friendly. We did not expect much to be honest, but this was far below our expectations, cannot recommend it

This is a nice hotel. We had our strategic planning here and the place is conducive for it. They have several function rooms available for such. The food was served in the function room and I really liked the food. They are offering Filipino cuisine. A bit expensive but I think it is worth it. They have a nice pool as well and the reception area is also big. They have houses which looks like San Francisco apartments which I think is offered as a residential units. Some of them are up for Airbnb rentals, not sure if you would be allowed to use the hotel facilities though.

Place not bad. Though needs some check up on their plumbing. The cold water still hit even if cold settings. But the rooms was gorgeous and clean. The foods is ok also. There was a pool outside the building which can be used by the guests. Overall, I will give it 4.5 if possible.

It was my first time in Pontefino but it was a big disappointment. You can tell that the place was never maintained properly, the carpet are old and the lighting in the halls you will feel like your in a horror movie (old incandescent lights). You walk into your room and you can tell the the place has aged, our room we had to call housekeeping again because the bed sheets has some blood stain and the sheets are old, even the bath towels has had it’s days. The Bathroom has a lot of cracks and some mold. The buffet breakfast is quite pricey with limited food selection. Overall the place needs some major renovation and updates.

The Best Hotel in the area!! Excellent Crew and Gorgeous Manager! The Suites are Wonderful and You must try them for sure!
