Filthy room, bed and shower, no slippers,no bottled water,no toothbrush..2 paper thin grayish pillows,..dusty bed.. bugs everywhere, one bulb lights the whole room, the queen bed is covered only 3/4 of it.,with a double size blanket...i have so much to tell but im very much disappointed with everything so i end up checking out after 30mins inside the room..my throat is starting to itch and feel coughy, Ipaid for a a deluxe room so i was expecting something that is promised from their online ads. Will never ever recommend this hotel to anyone. Old is different from filthy.

The hotel is really old and needs a lot of renovation. Their lift is under maintenance when we stayed there for 3 days and have to use the stairs all the way to the 3rd floor. It's near Robinsons Mall and restaurant so you won't have a hard time time finding a place to eat. However, be aware that the hotel is just beside a bar and ktv area so it gets noisy during night specially during weekends. If you are not picky and just want to save money then you can definitely stay in this hotel but if your kind of meticulous then this hotel is not meant for you.

They have friendly staff. We like the place, it's closer to the Mall and restaurants and banks. But the first room we got is so noisy because of the BAR 🍸 we couldn't sleep whole night due to LOUD MUSIC that lasted till 6am. But we're glad that they granted our request to change the room not facing the BAR. Thank you! 😊

Very old building.very old rooms. No bidet in CR. Hot water not available in some rooms. Location is good though. Near robinson , many restaurants nearby. Walk in price is 1900 not worth it . Book through apps like Agoda.

The staff not helpful when you have concerns it takes time to solve, the details on the websites is not accurate like they wrote the room have small fridge when you enter the room nothing is there, as per the receptionist you have to request, then they provide you a dirty fridge where not cleaned, hygienic wise not good, room was too old, broken wall glass, and not worth for the price. The only good thing to this hotel is near to robinsons place and few bars and restaurants otherwise nothing special.

One star is not even suited how poor dirty old and outed this hotel is. Don't be deceived by the photos online they are the worst and I felt really bad for the kind staffs they have. We didn't even stay for 5 mins when we saw the room we run away and ask the receptionist to refund the 2 nights stay that i paid. At first she's hesitant but I explain myself that we really cannot stay in that kind of room, bed was so outdated like u will sleep in the hospital bed, sheets was so dirty and the smell omg. This hotel should be close as in right away sorry but nobody should experience what we had just imagine checking in late at night and finding out that the room is not sleepable πŸ˜…πŸ˜… worst

Got this at a discounted rate in Agoda. I honestly wasn't expecting much since I've stayed in budget hotels before but their room was below my expectations. I don't know why the room reviews were mostly positive because ours wasn't. The hallway (3rd floor) was humid and moldy-looking but I was hoping the room would be a little bit better. It wasn't. The bed was good but the rest of the room didn't feel like it was wiped off. The bathroom was the worst part. The sink clogged every time you used it because someone poured instant noodles on the drain. So every time we used it, the sink would flood with bits of instant noodles. The bathroom smelled like it hasn't been scrubbed or cleaned in a while (like, a public restroom smell) and there were molds everywhere. I honestly couldn't even take a shower. I'm also not usually picky or squeamish but the bathroom of this one just made me feel like I'm using a public toilet instead of a hotel comfort room. The location is really the highlight of this hotel. It's right outside Robinsons Mall and is a short walking distance to the US Embassy. Disclaimer: I have stayed in budget hotels before so I think I have realistic expectations of the quality for the price.

Old hotel. It gives off an old Spanish colonial period mansion vibe. At first it feels dark and haunted but as you spend the night the vibe gets better. You'll learn to like it eventually. And discover that the old rich of Manila like this place. Stay here to feel like an illustrado.

I have lots of complaints about this place but I’m gonna minimize it to just a couple. First off they where only accepting cash for payment. They would not let my guest come to my room without proof of vaccine status. This place is one of the This place is one of the MOST filthiest place I’ve ever seen and over priced. At this point I wouldn’t even let my dogs eat the hotel.

The staff are great. But I feel really bad for them. I work in construction so I know how to recognize the smell of mold. I smelt mold the entire time while walking through the hallway on the 6th floor. Please get that examined for the safety of your guests and employees :'(

The Hotel staff are the nicest and very friendly and that’s all I can say. The hotel is old and I guess it’s low budget facilities.

I book for two nights to celebrate new year with my family in manila.unfortunately most of the hotels are already fully booked and I decided to stay in manila manor hotel located in j.bocobo malate manila. The hotel is very old. Rooms have no telephone and if you want for a room service you need to go outside of your room for the phone is located in the corner of your room floor. No door mats, and the toilet have many stains... No slippers, no toothbrush. No pail and tub for the toilet bowl is far away from shower and no bidet. When I request for a pail they give a dirty pail not even try to clean before giving to their clients.. there are two lampshade only one is working. Door in the toilet are broken and cannot open easily. Aircon is not too much cold...

Old, dirty room, not good bathroom and it smells bad. The aircon is very noisy and the bar next to it is so loud. The aircon is not cold enough even if it's on a max. The guard is so nice.

The place is really old now. A little upgrade to the toilet and floorings would make it more welcoming. Maybe a thorough cleaning will do for now, but repainting may boost the ambiance better.

Staff are really friendly and nice. Best location near the mall, US embassy and SLEC. Room is kindly old but clean. TV is really old. They have hot and cold shower though. Toilet is working fine. Poor maintenance, even the carpet is really old. Creepy hall but it's safe.

The receptionist inform us to cancel our booking because they require antigen test upon check in which was confusing since they were not telling us upon online booking about the hotel policies but only to find out that you cannot cancel online and they also offer antigen/swab test at the hotel. Bad experience overall.

I like the location. Nearby malls and restaurants! And the other parts of the hotel may not be what you expect. Looks antique hotel, shower is little stressful cause the water flow was slow! Therefore, I used bucket water instead! Staffs are super friendly. Though I asked them for a little help for my SIM card activation which I had to wait for 24 hours in Philippines for the verification purpose!!! But it has been passed more than 24 hours by then and my phone was still not activated. The front desk could not help me because the hotel phone did not work to call the hotline for help for the SIM activation. I had to check out the hotel without the connection. This is Philippines! Quite Understandable! And a good lesson for me!!!

Definitely not a 4 star hotel Horrible place with the ground level filled with Indians/Bangladeshi/Pakistani who are out to scam out as you walk pass the vendors to your hostel Hostel is horrible, and receptionist is very rude to give my booked room to others. Fortunate guest hostel placed me in the deepest block in the building ( block E) and left me all alone by myself Room is dark smelly and had a weird noise coming from the toilet through the night. Shady place esp if you’re returning to the hostel at 10pm. Will literally send chills down your spine. 100% shady and try to Avoid 100% at all cost, even if you’re low on budget

If you're looking for a budget hotel then this one is okay I think, the staffs are easy to approach and very helpful, but the budget room is quite πŸ˜πŸ˜’πŸ€«. πŸ˜‚πŸ˜‚πŸ˜‚. When you pick a room here you should book either the renovated or their deluxe room

I recently had the pleasure of staying at an old hotel that not only embodies the charm of a bygone era but also provides exceptional service that made my stay truly unforgettable. Nestled amidst the captivating architecture and history, this hotel manages to preserve the spirit of hospitality that is often associated with grand establishments of yesteryears.

The place was kinda old but it gives you the vintage aura. The room was clean and it smelled nice. Also, I like how convenient it was to go to places like the mall and bank. It was worth the price.

This the best place so far that you have to go when you want a location thats near to everything. The mall is just a few steps away and almost everything is all accessible. The staff are so kind and the best thing about this hotel is the restaurant and they have a piano where u can play and sing your heart out. Will be surely coming back again.

Well, the staff are very professional, they would ask you kindly to wait for assistance before going to the room. The rooms, well imagine being in a scene from narcos mexico, just old.

Beside a lot of night clubs and bars, I'm giving it 5 stars because I don't want to ruin things that much, but just a piece of advise. If you want to check in, make sure your AC is working fine and the toilet flushes. I LOVE THE INTERIOR IT'S DESIGN IS A LITTLE BIT CLASSIC AND LIKE OLD KIND OF LIKE "ROYALTY - CASTLEY - PRINCESSESY" FEELS. CONVENIENT IF GOU WANT TO STAY IN BELAGIO SQUARE WHICH IS A FAMOUS NIGHT LIFE PLACE. IT'S JUST BESIDE IT.

The hotel amenities is very low standard, very old stuff inside the room, the wash room doesn't even have a bidet spray and don't even have a floor mat. Doesn't worth to it's price. The staff are accommodating and helpful.

I stayed in this hotel in 2002, 2003 and 2004. It was a excellent hotel and staff. Then I went there again 2 months ago and i could not believe this place is not a normal hotel and it was just a ramshackle place from a horror movie. Be careful, you might get Hantavirus Pulmonary Syndrome or Hemorrhagic Fever with Renal Syndrome. However, the staff was very friendly and I had a full refund as I paid in cash when I checked in. It's a great location. But I am so lucky I didn't stayed even for 10 minutes. I am sure if I stayed the night, I wouldn't be alive to tell you the storey. "BE AWARE" !

This is the best hotel if you're looking for that old, vintage, gonna-get-stabbed-at-the-alleyway kinda vibe. The kind of hotel that hippies are gonna love. All in all, it's okay. It's bad but it's okay. It has its charms. Just turn on that TV from the 90s and you're fine.
