They act unprofesionally.Sunday morning, I am about to enter hoping that I can get a breakfast thinking that they are already open because I saw they are inside and the door was open at the same time, when suddenly they all repelled me like a stray dog. They should talk to me and tell me that they are not yet open in a nice way.

My boyfriend ordered take away food from this branch and had a change of mind on his drink after ordering. The lady in the counter said that the order had already been punched but she actually hasnt put the money in the register yet which means it can still be voided. Anyway, my boyfriend stayed calm and sticked to his original drink. But when he saw the lady was packing his order, he got upset again. He saw the lady was not being careful with the food while putting it in the bag as the noodles in the spaghetti got out of the box and the lumpia(spring rolls) as well. We love Jollibee since we were kids but this kind of treatment and customer service is not acceptable. Please train and teach your crews to be more friendly and dont be biased on whom to treat nice and whom not to.

Drive Thru? Should have been simple and fast! That is a quick service restaurant! You smudge the very meaning of fast and efficiency that Jollibee was built. Should there be an order that cannot be made in the earliest possible expected time frame, you should have the decency to tell it to your customers instead of just making us rot while waiting for your services! Takes too long to serve drive-thru customers

Here's my review now that I'm enjoying BKing 😇 you have to be ready to spend close to 30 minutes in drive thru, until you're through with your patience, then upon ordering their "unChamp" they ask if you're willing to wait for 10 to 15 minutes 🤬 well, at least that helped me remove the letter Bee from my gastronomic alphabet, even if I have good friends working in management in the Bee... Sadly, this was a passing thru experience. I just pray you don't have the same one as one.👎👎👎

Opens in holidays, this fast food shop is a good stop for a decent bite. Try that spicy Chicken and fries.
