Tried their new drink, the red velvet cake cream and it was delicious as expected. New York Cheesecake is just a good additional to the taste. Will definitely recommend visiting this place if you need refreshment.

It's been less than 5 year since I visit Starbucks SM Batangas City, still the same location, nice place staff is polite..happy to visit this location.

The food and drinks are standard starbucks so no comment on that. No locallized drinks.

I ordered the turkey sausage, egg white sandwich. It was very good. Tried the Noah's Orange juice for the 1st time. Thst was actually pretty good. Very caring and respectful employees.

I love SB! Not too crowded plus customers has the initiative to clean up their own mess which is a good manner.

Way too small of a place. Needs to open at 6 am for early risers and open until 10 pm or later.

Fancy coffee shop. Nothing beats the local brew called "kapeng barako ng Batangas." I grew up in the area and my maternal grandmother used to grow, harvest and brew Arabica (and possibly, Robusta) coffee. I think the volcanic soil makes a difference in the taste of coffee. Food wise, all western based food. The fancy coffee here isn't that great if you ask me. However, the fact that Starbucks is an American company, it is popular to well-off locals including the hordes of grade school and highschool students from local exclusive schools. I still wonder what these youngsters are ordering. It can't be coffee for their age. So why rate five stars, you ask. Well, there is really nothing local to compare it with. Coffee wise, my grandmother's Kapeng Barako still tops any fancy brew from Starbucks or Gloria Jean's.

Atmosphere is quite suffocating because of crowded people. But it's a convenient to have a coffee.

Service was a bit slow and as always, no place to sit.

I ordered capuccino and it tasted like cafe latte.

They are allowing dine-in now with proper social distancing. They seem to have a lot of staff but fewer customers than usual. Some drinks are not available (I did drop by around 5pm to be fair)

As every business ,it was ssssslllloowww but the staff are still perky...but Starbucks has to change colors. Bright green and bright brown ...we need cheerful surroundings ..please cheerful ..but not red ribbons on unavail.seats ...

My drink was not sealed properly so when it arrived, kalahati nalang. Properly sealed yung paperbag, but not the lid itself. Ordered thru foodpanda
