go
to
this
branch,
I
always
experience
something
bad...
Before
this
place
was
nice
to
go
to.
I
love
bonchon
a
lot
but
this
specific
branch
made
me
not
even
want
to
go
to
bonchon
again...
After
a
long
time
not
going
here
I
thought
about
giving
it
another
try.
I
ordered
a
chops
burger
and
asked
for
it
to
get
double
glasses
(for
I
used
to
do
this
in
other
branches
with
success)
however
the
one
taking
my
order
ended
up
asking
another
person,
possibly
the
working
manager,
if
it
was
possible.
The
manager
gave
a
resounding
no,
which
made
me
a
bit
turned
off
from
the
get
go
and
made
me
remember
the
reason
why
I
stopped
going
here.
Long
story
short
I
get
my
chops
burger
and
it
was
poorly
flavored...
I
had
to
show
the
manager
that
there
was
practically
no
flavoring
on
my
meal
and
she
agreed
there
was
nothing.
French
fries
were
unavailable,
took
a
long
time
to
clean
the
table
we
were
sitting
at,
and
the
experience
was
very
similar
to
the
last
time
I
thought
was
my
last
time.
Also
they
changed
the
look
of
their
menus
and
looks
less
professional
as
of
someone
went
on
Microsoft
Word
and
poorly
edited
a
menu.
I
would
eat
here
again
because
the
food
is
good
and
tastes
great,
however,
service
is
poor
here,
they
aren't
flexible
in
just
double
glazing
food,
they
take
forever
in
cleaning
tables
for
new
customers,
and
the
atmosphere
inside
is
so
weird
(no
music
or
anything)
If
you
don't
mind
any
of
what
I
mentioned
and
you've
never
eaten
bonchon,
eat
here.
If
you
want
to
have
a
quicker
meal
and
better
service,
this
isn't
the
place
to
go
to.
I'm
willing
to
change
this
review
upon
renewing
service
and
the
like.
But
until
then,
this
is
just
the
honest
truth...
Update:
Service
was
much
faster,
good
tasted
great
as
always,
however
the
one
taking
my
order
had
a
hard
time
understanding
a
simple
order.
Nonetheless
much
much
better
than
my
previous
experiences
here!
