It was botched. They made me wait quite a long time and acted like they didn’t care. The cut was not good and far from I showed them. Honestly, it was not worth it for its price. I rate them 3/10 for service, and maybe 2/10 for haircuts.

Free parking. There were plenty of areas to park but better to prolong your patience on looking for a parking space especially during weekends. They also allow parking on the side of the driveways. Some markers were broken and faded. Parking area at the back of the mall were also used as jeepney terminal. And some mall goers park their cars in illegal areas due to parking lot shortage. Parking area between Holy Trinity Parish and SM City Batangas has no markers for each designated parking area. You need some tricks to park. 😂 Anyways, even there were these negative comments. We, as mall goers have left with no choice. We just need to adjust to cope up with the situation.

Always love to go and shop or stroll in SM Batangas. It is only very Unfortunate that there is not enough parking space. Not for cars nor for morobikes. Hope they'll have permission to enlarge it.

Friendly staff! Especially my hairstylist, Ms Cathy. They will really check your hair first before doing any treatments. Love this salon ever since!!

This place was recommended by a friend of mine, unfortunately they didn’t exceed my expectations. Cut was done by Jhing from what I remembered. The cut was rush and poorly done. She took so much length off the back and left the front untouched. I look an absolute mess. Not worth my ₱500.

Had my hair done with a mushroom brown, violet and gray balayage by Ma'am Jhing and her assistant Ma'am Rose. Very patient and explained the whole process really well. Everyone at Tony & Jackey SM Batangas was super nice and friendly! I'm very happy and satisfied with my results and glad I went here to get my hair done!
