My favorite buffet place. Their staff are also very helpful and accommodating. The quality of their food is superb!!! Love their salmon sashimi, churros, ice cream and sushi. 😇

Dessert choices are very nice. Choice of drinks also good. A lot of variety of food however once u come to take there is nothing left AND THEY TAKE SO MUCH TIME TO REFILL IT. The place is busy though, booking in advance is advisable.

It's buffet dining with various dish options and they have hotpot , it's spacious and have rooms exclusive for groups of up to 10 persons. Four Seasons have promos for birthday celebrants and groups. Comfort rooms are clean. There is parking in the same building.

Food choices are not as abundant, however food selection is tasty. They concentrate more on hotpot style so there is a variety of food on that area. Service can be improved by providing napkins at the table and refilling water of customers, at the least.

You need to make a reservation to be able to dine here on a weekend. We came here on a Saturday lunch time and it was full packed. The food were newly cooked and fresh. They have lots of varities to choose from wether cooked or fresh for hotpot cooking. Staff were attentive and accommodating too. One of the best and busiest buffet in town. Definitely will be backed again.

Place was pretty empty by the time we get there at 7pm. We wanted to sit closest to the kitchen but walk in have to sit all the way in the back. Manager (la Arnie) or something shouldn’t be running this restaurant if she doesn’t know how to accommodate customers. Never apologize or had some superiority when she talks to the guest. She is absolutely not going to passed the manager standard in other restaurants. She should make her customers happy upon leaving the restaurant. I asked for corporate number to file complaint but instead she gave me their restaurants number at the place in Araneta city where she works.

Pretty nice. Some advice on how to cook good hotpot at the start would've beem great, and some dishes you have to wait for (salmon sashimi), but for the most part, it was good eating.

Update: After the pandemic most places have deteriorated. Although the Moa branch is worse, the Cubao branch hasn't fared any better. The good choices have been decreased. The quality has gone down. It's very sad. This was my favorite buffet restaurant for a long time. The roast beef was hard to eat I think they're serving sirloin or a beef part with plenty of litid and zero marbling. It's obvious that the server is cutting out the "bad" parts behind the counter before grilling the meat. The pieces are like salpicao bits in size. Not like the sliced part you'd expect for roast beef. And as mentioned, since there was no fat, there was also no flavor and no tenderness. The salmon sashimi part was like the salmon sold in nearby Farmers Market. Definitely not the belly part. There were tinik here and there. Fresh balls were available unlike in Moa. The taste was not the same as before. Very bland. There is no grilling station anymore. They just haphazardly piled grilled fish of discarded parts into a pan for customers to pick through. Even the sate base was different. Clearly part of their cost cutting ways. Very salty. The service was bad as well. The soup refill for our laksa was just the soup base. Plain clear soup. If there supposed to be added flavoring , it never came. The cleaners aren't trained well. They don't let customers go ahead and try to get by you instead. I also saw one cleaner use the same rag cleaning the table and then used it to clean the containers of the sauces. Quite unsanitary. The coffee was still good. Though the machines all faced the server now. What gives?! It was as if they were even trying to hide it. I'm done with Four Seasons. I was a regular customer for so long. It's a shame what it has devolved into.

As always they had a good variety of food available... From Japanese, Chinese, to Filipino. The staff were very helpful and friendly. I was surprised we were offered a room for a little privacy. I loved the roast beef and lechon. Enjoyed the salad too.

A very nice and convenient place to celebrate your birthday. The lightings are so bright and the ambience is so nice. There are large varieties of food to choose from along with its unique hotpot style, though I am not really fond with hotpot nevertheless I enjoyed its buffet.

This buffet restaurant sets it apart from other hot pot restaurants and buffet franchises because of its abundance of raw ingredients to throw into your choice of two soups. This makes up for the lack of sashimi and imported beer selections offered. The service is good, and the setting is cozy. A suggestion is to provide samplers for the soup because I would like to try them all before I make my decision and not regret it.

No lines, because we booked online. They will check on your vaccination id/card. They will accommodate u to your seats/table. Great selections, many to choose from. They have a lot to offer. Very accommodating staffs. They don't refill Tempuras, Fish Fillet, and Sashimi that quick, I did notice they try to refill it once you asked for it. Also the meats( pork and beef) for the hotpot, you will ask for it too.

Awesome food and service. My stomach didn't have room for more food, I wish I've could have tried every single dish/dessert this place has to offer. Great environment for family and friends, they even have a special surprise, a small piece of cake, for those who are celebrating their birthday in the current month.

In my case where I have to choose what I eat there are options available for me. Veggies, salads, veggies in hotpot, the salmon, tasted the maki. I tell you though the other sushi options are not appetizing to look at because I think it was exposed a little too long the rice is crusty. Can't tell you the desserts though bec. I haven't tasted it. No sweets for me. Though my friend said the cake was dry. Won't go there again though.

The place is a great place to celebrate happy moments. The service is okay, with staff ever ready to clean up people's mess as one eats. Although there was plenty of raw food to choose from, we were looking for fresh talaba and sugpo, and crabs; we didn't see any. Some food which was already ready to eat was okay, but I have some doubts if they were fresh when cooked. There were not so many people at the time we were there, and the number of staff is a bit okay with their service. I just don't know how the service would be if the place is heaping with people.

STAFF/CREW/CHEF - warm, accomodating; they will not make you feel like "first-timers" even if we were :) - considerate to guests who arebin their senior years and to PWDs :) - all smiles sila kahit may nagpaluto pa sa kabilang table 15 min before closing! (for clients, please be sensible with some requests naman.. 15min before closing?? Napapagod din po sila, even if they do not show it :) ) ACCESSIBILITY - easily located, just across the COD parking.. Lapit sa parking!!! PAYMENT - cash or cards no problem yeyy :) FOOD -buffet food's good :) My personal favorites: hakaw, lengua, chapjae, beef sechuan Wide selection of hotpot soup bases - super fresh veggies!!! Unli sampalok for sinigang :) - FRESH seafood area is refilled as soon as one type is not available. No need to wait for minutes :) thanks guys :) - drinks are great, they are not overly sweet (like Vikings Marikina :( ) - carrot juice has real carrot pulp :) RESTROOM - clean, no foul smell, well ventilated, high ceiling, nice artworks :) FUNCTION ROOMS - make sure you reserve this, for your group's convenience and privacy :) thanks much FSBHP Cubao :)

I've been here for a corporate lunch meeting. Food was excellent. I really like the buffet set up. What really amazed me was the fresh vegetable section. You don't often see this in a buffet style restaurant. I like the tenderness of roast beef. Also tried there delicious fresh salmon.

We went there on a weekday. The place was full since half the place was booked for a company event. Good thing I made a reservation. The place was spacious and the food setup looked inviting. We were seated at one of the curved couches with two addtl upholstered seats at the other side of the circular table. As I was about to sit I noticed that there were bits of uncooked noodles on the seat. And frankly the upholstery needs to be deep cleaned. Overall the food was good but for me the hotpot food choices were not as many as their MOA branch. I was looking for the hotpot cheese balls but there were none. It's been a couple of yrs since I've been to their MOA branch so could be just a menu change. Big letdown was the carving station. The beef was tough. The slices looked like left overs cuts. Service was ok but they could have had more staff considering there was a big company event. It was difficult flagging the waiter to refill our soup. Dessert was ok. Self serve yogurt took awhile to solidify. There was no puto bumbong. They had bread pudding but it wan't warm. Nothing stands out in the dessert station. Overall, the food was ok. Staff was friendly. I left the place full and somewhat satisfied. Would I come back? It's not a No but a reserved Maybe.

Very accommodating and professional stuff, and their free buffet for birthday celebrants promo is a winner! The food is delicious and well-presented, and the place is well-lit and has a friendly atmosphere. Thanks for the complimentary mousse, and the greeting!

There a enough food choices to choose from. It varies from cooked and raw food. The highlight for me is their puto-bongbong, a classic Filipino dessert which is usually being sold during Christmas season, but here you can enjoy it whole-year round and it is unlimited. There’s more! Their dessert section is awesome as well their drinks! And what’s not to love when you can eat and drink beer at the same time.

Place is nice but it was kinda warm inside. We were sweating a bit. Service leaves a lot to be desired. We felt ignored by the wait staff. We called three times before someone actually came to bring the soup base. The slim waiter with glasses was indifferent. So was the other chubby male waiter. All i expected from them was to be treated fairly. But these 2 male wait staff gave a suplado vibe. I dont know if i want to come back here. We were here 7/9/23 , 6 pm

Typical foods at a shabu shabu restaurants. Althought I do not like the look or freshness of the raw food for cooking. And the selections are limited now unlike the early years when this was opened. The beef steak carving here is better than what I tasted at the Vikings though. That is a plus.

New normal buffet is a disaster. They are obviously not prepared. Paying Php 718.71 with service fee is NOT WORTH IT. Some of the staff doesn’t know to prioritize when there’s a customer. We only have 3 hours to eat and with a long time wait just for somebody to serve is awful. It took me 45 mins to get my food, not because we are many but they’re mostly busy for something. Come to think that there are only few customers that dines in. Worst, only few choices of food is available. As per “New Normal” you can’t get your own as they are the one going to provide. And thats fine but they should provide good service. And when you get served only a small portion is given. It’s as if they preserve their food or maybe they run out of suppliers and still re-open and see what happens. In dumpling counter, tempura counter (meron tomboy or just a boy cut female na nag serve is RUDE, whoever you are. You don’t need to remind me that hey it’s new normal DUH, we deal this virus everyday by seeing a lot of patients. I don’t need your reminder). Lastly, near drinks station which is the last food station. These staff should be awarded for “most slow employee of the year” with poor customer service. Congrats :) Dessert stations cake taste like a waste of food. Cheese station taste like centennial cheese buried in the ground. Tempura is cold. California maki is tasteless. Sweet and sour pork is made of bones coated with flour then fried. You’ll die of dehydration or aspiration while eating because pitcher is not allowed. It would’ve been nice if they walk through their guest on what to expect. They don’t even get your temperature! They are more preoccupied in filling the form by scanning the QR code. Everyone can lie until proven guilty. Will never EVER come back.

(2020) Four Seasons Hotpot ain’t how it used to be 3-4 years ago. Selection of desserts: 4/10 They used to have a donut wall, creme brûlée, and a lot of other desserts. Now they just have a handful and the quality’s not the same. Selection of food: 6/10 Pretty much the same.... ish? Refill of food was slow. Quality’s still at par from the food I had from them 4 years ago. Customer service: 9/10 Staff was friendly and nice. Chefs were happy to whip up dishes for people (I had to mention this bec at other buffets, the chefs looked like they didn’t like what they were doing) and they all had smiles on their faces.

Food choices are plentiful and the drinks and juices are unlimited. However, service only rates at most a 2. We got a function room and were hardly visited by a waiter. Front desk staff could also use a seminar on attentiveness and friendliness. The buffet is not too pricey and the birthday promo is also great. You get a mini cake and birthday celebrant's buffet is free.

It's different now, and I'm missing some things. As a backgrounder, I've always loved this place and have spent several celebrations here. What I liked most were the sheer variety of food and the endless greens for the hotpot. Now, though, the menu has been shortened and you cannot anymore get the food yourself. While having food servers is commendable in the time of the pandemic, the loss of many food items, including greens, is a little disappointing. It was a relief to see my favorite salmon sashimi, ebi tempura, and steaks still available, though. So the question now is, "Did I get my fill at Four Seasons?" You bet! Good thing Gateway Mall closes rather late these days so I was able to burn some calories before heading home.
