It is not good Hospital you go to.. Especially the nurses not all but most of them are not polite and bad attitude.. My experience is not really good.. I'm disappointed with their services.. I hope its not all about money they look after i hope they are fair to all patient.. Glory to God..

Poor service at all. 🙄 You should not hold the patient once the swab test result shows as negative. It seems that you don't care at the situation at all. We signed for every waiver that will serve as a proof that no matter what happen to the patient you are not liable to it but it shows that you all have the guts to pending everything even though the bill is already settled. Tsss. Money matters not lives. Sorry not sorry.

It takes 10 x before properly placing NGT? this is very dissapointing. DOctors should not be hired if they cannot simply put NGT to patients. They should not be qualified to be a doctor.

My stay at United Doctors of St. Camillus is very satisfying and comfortable. The attending doctors are very efficient and friendly. They treat their patients very well. They keep me informed about my case and explained to me thoroughly the needed information and probable side effects before doing the procedure (gall bladder surgery). The nurses are friendly and caring. The room assigned to me is clean with good airconditioning, personal ref, and a cable TV. There's also a comfortable space for the patient's companion and visitors. The accomodation, the hospital fees, and doctors fees are just right and affordable. All in all the my experience in St. Camillus Hospital is very satisfying.

4 years ago excellent service. 1. Staff with attitude Staff with attitudes know who they are, 2. Room 410 full of cockroaches! If you know that room is infested with cockroaches and before giving birth and there is still a baby, you should check in. You should not have set foot in that room. Now changed to room 403, molds nmn. Hospital charges are expensive, it's okay to pay for professional fees, but service??? Nope

Staffs are so annoying, they asked for an appointment then when you’re already at the appointed time, they say still need to wait, waiting for this, blah blah blah. They are wasting patients time. Very inconsiderate.

First hospital of choice for my recent confinement. I liked the cleanliness of the hospital, the attentive and caring staff. Affiliated doctors are highly skilled. Everyone explained the procedures and treatment to be done, expectations after discharge.

Poor service. I don't know what else your nurse is doing if you rely on relatives for everything. The fee is very expensive but all relatives will do it.

Has there been zero to no star at all, I'd pick that! Extremely poor service, beyond imaginable neglect of staff from ground to top and appalling response leading to death of our beloved will be an understatement. Don't bring your loved ones here if you'd like to see them alive and warm!

This used to be my first choice for healthcare. I used to recommend this to my friends. Heck, both of my kids were born here! A recent 4-night confinement proved to be a totally different experience. I had to do a write-up for an incident with the Nursing staff. It was chaotic and sad to say that I have totally lost trust in the Management. Let's just discuss a very basic requirement here: cleanliness. They used to have a housekeeping survey at checkout, now they don't. And this is the result: black molds in the toilet. It is very visible, cannot be missed, so why is it still there where the sickly patients may inhale the spores?

This is a great hospital, the staff and others responds immediately and also interactive, the rooms and facilities are clean.

nah, cardio results was informed 2-3 days. Wednesday morning test was done and was expecting results by Fri. Fri still not available, called by Monday still not. they awaiting for their cardio doctor still. services need lots of improvement.

VERY POOR Service, nurses has bad attitude. They are understaffed. I have to call the nurse station and do follow ups. We waited for 1 and half hours up to 2 hours for them to check on my daughter's IV. No experienced shooter for the dextrose needle, they blame my daughter of being malikot just because they can't insert it to her veins successfully.

Poor communication of expectation and rude security

My mom who is a senior had the worst experience with their ER facility my mother was complaining with a painful stomach and backpain, when she got there and mentioned she has a MEDICARD thye mentioned she will be treated but needs to pay, since it is the new HMO protocol, my mother was surprised and felt upset since she was not feeling well and it was 8am. They didnt even ask for her HMO details and not even tried calling it. She was told she will be treated and had to pay, knowing her medicard has full benefits and not even bothered to get her hmo details and straight up with charging her. They have to learn how to approach a patient and set the right expectations, probably because its holidays they dont have people to work with her HMO and even doctors. What's the point of having an HMO and them putting up on their windows that they are HMO accredit if they dont want it in the first place. Camillus used to be one of the best in Batangas city but their services are declining. Better to go to Lipa City hospitals or Manila. Hoping Batangas City will have a good hospitals Batanguenos deserve better facilities or Hospitals.

Our son was confined for 5 days due to moderate pneumonia, the nurse was slow to act, we called a few times before a nurse came and answered with difficulty and sometimes even drooled. At one time, the serum was removed from our child's foot and we asked for assistance to return it, but our baby's hands and feet were stung several times, and the punctures turned black, and they couldn't return them properly, so your service is annoying.
