Very accessible like other malls. One stop shop is inside the mall but the parking space is small.

They do basic Covid-19 prevention rules. There is a temperature check right at the entrance and everyone is expected to wear face mask and face shield before entering the premises. The escalators and elevator also have marks where you may stand to apply the social distancing. The food stalls and fast food restaurants also implements the Covid-19 rules which is great, so people may still enjoy eating with less worries.

I visited this place before, and now I'm confused. when you enter the mall entrance you see the row of grocery store cashiers. got me thinking is this the same place? the walkway is pretty cramped due to alot of people going in and out. lastly when you reach the elevator you could smell the fish and chicken filling the air.

It’s not the same spacious building you can enjoy. It’s a bazaar cramped in a small space with multiple floors. For clarity: Bay City Mall is both a Shopping Mall and Grocery Mall. With that in mind, the place has become more of a Mall, but more of a “Grocery Mall, ft. Regular Shopping Mall Stuff”. There are three entrances and exits to the building(aside from the basement), one is through the National Bookstore, which faces the Highway I usually take. It’s not a problem, but it sure is awkward to waltz in the bookstore to just walk straight past it to go in the mall itself. The second one is through the Grocery Outlet. It’s not spacious, it’s also awkward as you have to take the steps so if have heavy groceries and there’s no helper, good luck. And finally, the “main” entrance where you are supposed to be greeted with a spacious area with stalls and such, but now it’s cramped. Not with so many stalls and people mind you, but with the grocery aisle, in the middle of the floor, eating almost the entire floor leaving only a small pathway where you can go around to walk around the building to go up. The upper floors were, although in a better state is still subpar. Overall, not enjoyable anymore. It serves its purpose, and you can do what you might need, but you can’t really say you’ll have a fun time.

It's great to have a national book store near the schools and also it is inside the mall so students enjoys coming here. There is also variety of fast foods inside you can choose to eat with your friends.

It's a good place to shop for school uniform and things. The price here is cheap

There's not much parking space here, and it's usually more cramped than most malls, so during peak hours, it can get very crowded and bunched up.

Outside parking is not very pleasant during the day. Basement parking is ok but there's an unpleasant smell

supermarket located at ground floor. also many food stalls inside.

with very reliable sources not just for food but many more..great place to hang out with friends and family 😀 with a nice friendly accomodating staff.

Parking was pretty unavailable, but wide variety of stores and eateries. Clean facilities.

A small mall with a supermarket at the basement (CitiMart). The supermarket offers online purchase and delivery (citimartdelivery.com.ph)! Parking is a challenge here, better have your groceries delivered!!

They have always sale on selected items specially in Crissa and Redgirl

This place is great sightseeing because there is a lot to buy here and your children can still play and many others too visit here in this mall.

Short time free parking is neat. Safe and secure.

Has very limited parking space for deliveries. Waiting while on hazard along the street is not allowed.

It doesn't look like a mall. More likely a generic grocery store with some shops next to it.
