Centrally located in downtown Batangas city. Good pedestrian access on foot. Limited parking space available at the basement level. Open public atrium offers assortment of trinkets and souvenirs by push-cart vendors. Grocery, hardware and home furniture stores are anchor tenants. A variety of cafes and restaurants on the pricey side.

I love the place,but must have more inside

Hmm. If you are not sure about the things that you gonna buy don’t buy it yet cause from my experience it’s hard to return or exchange even you never open the item because you want a better one , they are not willing to accept it and if ever .. after a long conversation with there customer service support and decide to say yes, you have to pay for the process fee at least ₱2k, and it’s sucks ! Never again I will shop in this place . Sorry not recommended

Not that crowded mall unti lang tao lot of food stalls inside and service stalls.

A shopping mall that tries to become one, but redeems itself as a specialised one. Is the place big? Not so much, that is why it failed to be one. Granted, this place has all things a shopping mall has: furniture store, Grocery, restaurants, even a gym. The downside? It’s small, so there’s a lack of variety. Hell, there’s no super popular restaurants there even. But one thing’s for sure: What they have are local brands that specialise in their respective area. Overall, it’s a three just because the only reason for going there is for finding specific products that the bigger malls have albeit pricier and worse in quality.

They should offer salt and pepper with that you asking. What does server was very nice and the omelette was excellent.

Clean place. Limited shops housed in this building. They charge for parking, other establishments don't.

Lots of business are closed due to pandemic specially on 2nd and 3rd floor.. But lots of good place to hang out with cofee or milk tea shops..
