All brands of mobile phones and mobile services. Appliances shops. Cinema. Play ground. And a big parking for many cars. Easy access to the disabled people. And jeepnick service at the back parking. And taxi service as well. Don't miss to visit when you are here in Batangas.

There's few people during hightened restrictions due to pandemic. There are vaccination areas. There are merchandise shops, fastfood, restaurants, cinema, cafes, bookstore, supermarket indoors, ATM machines outside, and the Play area are also open allowing only up to 48 people at once. there is wide parking space outside, with small MTB trail and area for pets.

Decent size mall. Expect mall prices. Free parking, lots of shops, decent food court, movie theater, and more. Facility was clean and in like new condition. 4 stars

Used to be a fun place to visit many years ago. But not anymore. Many brands have closed down their shops here and those remaining are not that interesting anymore. The building is also old and not well maintained. Toilets are dirty. Even the Christmas decors don’t have the wow factor. If you see other malls especially Ayala Malls, you’ll be amazed with their Christmas decors. They also start charging parking fee which is a major turn off. After they started collecting parking fees, the security guards stopped being nice. Better go to SM Lipa which has excellent customer service, with more stores and restaurants.

Using such an obvious tactic to make people spend more time in the store. They deliberately opened only a couple of counters creating a large pileup. This is their way of making people stay in the store more and pick up more items while waiting. Even parking is a scam! Why should we pay for parking when we're paying for your expensive products already? It's a good thing a lot of new stores are opening. Hopefully they kill sm soon

Always an enjoyable adventure going to SM Mall and SM Supermarket. There is no denying it; SM Mall is all about "Human Safety First". There are multiple security officers with big guns, everyone is screened -- PURE LAW ENFORCEMENT. THE MANY YEARS I'VE BEEN COMING HERE I'VE NEVER SEEN ANY OFFICERS EGO TRIPPING ON POWER. Quite the contrast of what's experienced in the USA.

It's good to be back in the Philippines. SM is one in my list to visit specially this Christmas season. Familiar shop to go, not that expensive still in my budget..happy to visit..

Quite disappointed with National Bookstore (NBS) here. They only have few numbers of books to choose from. Not only that, the arrangement and the overall appearance of this store is way more different from the other NBS I have been before. Hope next time that I'll visit this place, it will look like the other NBS.

The place is quite good for shoppers who wants to go the church first, because it just nearby the Holy Trinity Parish.

Good place actually for the family. Only the downside of it is almost all of the food stabs here has no CR for your comfort and if you want to leak, you need to go upstare to have those uncomfortable feelings to be eased.

One of the worst SM City-type malls I’ve been to. Store selection is not good, a far cry from the variety of SM Lipa. Even the items sold in the SM Store lack variety and updated items you’d often see in NCR. The mall structure is not maintained well. The outer walls and interior spaces need a facelift, or at least a new coat of paint. Pedestrian and car mall access and exits are inconvenient. There’s often an armored van or ambulance blocking the main driveway and entrance for some reason. Grocery cashiers here are the slowest pn the planet. Almost as bad as the ones in SM Hypermarket Batangas City. Open parking spaces with very few large trees means your car will melt in the hot Batangas sun. Parking is disorganized and management keep experimenting with drivers on how payments are made.

SM City Batangas. We know how SM are frequently visited. SM Management are strict with their Security and also of their visitors or guests. They have constructed footbridge here to serve the people and keep them away from danger and harm. This is a great help but sadly it is the person that has a negative attitude of which they tend to cross the deadly road than using the footbridge going on the other side.

Please open more counters during busy hours or simply when the are more people than usual. 30-40 people on a single line is simply not acceptable.

Not so crowded. Still has good number and variety of establishments to do everything you need in one place. Pet-friendly

It's too small for me, doesn't have a lot of things to do aside from window shopping, eating, and strolling around. I also find it unusual the rooftops architechture but all in all a good place to go to if you need some time to kill.

We had our dinner at Gerry's, the staff were accommodating and the place and food was great.

Our go to place to unwind with the kids. We only go here for the train ride that my son loves. Other than that this is a big enough mall to walk around and eat.

It's a Saturday and there was a big crowd.. But my family had a great time. a decent meal, bought a few stuff from some shops...And oh! a great haircut from David's...Fun!

Went for groceries at 10 am. By the time we got for checkout there was huge lines of customers waiting. This has happened before. Please management add extra cashier's around 1030. Thx 👍

It was good place to visit :) ,lots of parking but you need to pay 20 pesos,we are having fun here.

Parking is 20 pesos but if you lose your ticket you pay 200. Biggest scam. In other parking lots, the ticket is not required when exiting. Ridiculously big.

Great Mall for a great, and quality commodities at a reasonable prices. Fully air-conditioned..

As of May 11, SM Batangas has limited hours open and dining is limited too. There are fewer people around on weekdays and there's nothing to do for leisure except eat and drink. There's outdoor dining now but not clear which stores offer this service. Overall, practical place to be but not for enjoyment.

Very nice place and probably the Best in the Area. The big plus is that it have many shops and probably You will get 100% satisfied!

Good shopping centre, for all your needs, like foods, clothing, medicine etc.

Its nice to have a big mall in the city of batangas atleast you have an air-conditioned facilities even if you want to kill time.you u know what's inside sm mall no need to elaborate but in fairness they have a nice parking space so your cars are secured

I rate it like this because whenever I buy groceries here, it's very rare that the cashier lines are short. The queue is time consuming so I rather go other supermarket if possible. The pet section is also lacking compared to other stores. The general goods are ample, by the way. I hope they'll improve it.

It's best to shop during the mornings to avoid the crowd. The aisles are pretty small but I guess it's ok considering the small space of the supermarket.

Observes proper IATF protocols. Safety officer/mall guards publicly reminds shoppers to properly wear face shields/masks. You can use QR app to scan your info and avoid lines to fill up during entrance.

I wish they would add more counters for blue basket. Customers are piling up kasi 2 lang yung specified for blue basket. Yun lang
