We accidentally found this place when we were on our way home to Bicol via Ibaan road. Until then, we always make sure we dine here and order their Batangas Lomi. Yummers!

We stop here often on the way to Manila or the way back home. They have great staff. They also have very good food. I love thier Lomi. I look forward to that stop every time we travel. Try it. You will like it. Reasonable price.

We ordered special lomi, it was good. The noodles just have the right texture.

The towns along the Ibaan -Rosario corridor are known for their Lomi. Lomi is a thick soup made from cassava flour, beaten eggs, broth, and various toppings such as sliced boiled eggs, chicharon, fried pork liver sliced thinly. Zalomar's Lomi doesn't quite measure up to the taste I've been accustomed to. It comes off as hurried, maybe too commercialized, to offer the comfort of home cooking which Lomi should. I would also stay away from their kapeng barako as it too, is not up to par. There is none of the distinct barako taste that you associate with Batangas. The place is clean and airy, with lots of natural light. There is free wi fi and clean restrooms. The food would be ok for someone who's not really a connoisseur of local dishes. Cost is very reasonable and the location is very accessible. Service is decent, nothing exceptional.

Nice, clean, pet-friendly resto on the way to/from San Juan. We ordered Lomi, Bulalo and fried chicken. The bulalo was a little salty, but the lomi was very good. The bathrooms were clean but wet-style (I suggest making your bathroom pitstop elsewhere if you’re not used to it). All in all, a very good place to stop over! Would recommend

Nice little place and good food. But toilets not really very clean. No official receipt given.

What I like: - most of their dishes that we tried are ok - sinigang soup was delicious - their wide variety of choices for drinks - they also have rice meals - cheaper option compared to other well known restaurants - the ambiance was screaming provincial life What I don’t like: - sisig and dinakdakan almost tasted the same, with dinakdakan having more onions(so don’t order both) - crispy kare kare was nice but the meat served was fatty, not too much lean meat Some things to note: - they don’t have aircon - the CR was like one of those bus station CRs as mentioned in other reviews tho it has a good supply of water

Food: Super Jumbo Lomi- Few Toppings and Bland Not authentic Lomi Batangas. So So... Crispy Kare-Kare: Pork is Crispy and Tender but bland. Kare-Kare Sauce is also bland, no peanut taste at all. Few vegggies only. Claimed as 3-4persons, but just enough for 2person. Not worth the price. Chao Pan Platter: Few ingredients only. May tutong pa. Bland. Not worth it. Service Water is not always available. No free ice. ------------------ Service: 1-hour waiting time. 2 Staffs looks exhausted and too slow Not accommodating to guests ----------------- Atmosphere: The place is nice. Instagrammable. But too hot, though there are a lot of windows, it's not well ventilated. Not enough fan to cool down the place. Not advisable to asthmatic persons. with enough parking space. Comfort Rooms has no Lock. Toilet Flush is not working. ----------------- We won't go back again.

We Ordered Sizzling Liempo and they gave us porkchop. And the Mais Con yelo is just Milk and Ice with a few Crushed Corn.

👍👍 This place is a MUST whenever you come to Malainin. They serve the LOMI piping hot plus toppings like quail egg, chicharon, rebosado and home made kikiam. Service is also fast, around 10 to q4inktes, your order is served.
