The quality of the unit is excellent. The swimming pool inside our unit is unimaginably amazing. The unit my wife and I have stayed in is perfectly stunning and relaxing. The staff is educated, caring and top notch. The guest relations experts provided a level of personal care that cant be surpassed by any hotel I've been to. We will definitely go back and will make sure to bring the kids with us next time.

Went here for a pre wedding shoot, so paid for the best room for 2 nights. Staff inform us that guests can only have a maximum stay of 30 minutes.(which is not in their hotel policy). We explained we had travelled 6 hours to have this done here but management would not budge on this. So wasted all that money, on make up artist, photographers and stylist. Food in the Hotel is expensive and portions are small. Room was decorated ok, not really five star standard. Room has no windows. The location is in the city centre, around 1.5 hours away from the beach. So if you want a beach holiday don't book here. Traffic noisy outside. With no windows in the room it feels like your in an underground cell. A little disorienting and claustrophobic. Staff are friendly but uncompromising. The spa in the room is cold as it does not heat up. So it looks good but unless you want to sit in cold water then it's no good. Would not recommend this as price is far too high for what you get.

Excellent smart home system You can control the door, light, air conditioner through the TV, tablets or even with your own mobile phone. The door was programmed to be opened by eyes recognition system. So no card or key only use your eyes You can open the main door from your bedroom The pool is very good with automatic temperature control Negatives: the hotel is old.

Extravagant hotel with fabulous amenities. I should have given them 5 stars if the food matched up with the "luxury level" of the hotel. It is ironic that the food served were from a nearby Cafe/Restaurant which markets itself as a Cafe with cheaply priced menu.

The best hotel I have ever seen. The service was great and the staff always took the extra step to make sure I enjoyed my stay.

Great place to unwind! Almost everything is automated and high tech which is a hassle when it malfunctions, but great hotel with good food and a huge warm jacuzzi, there's nothing else like it.

The people are very friendly. I like the idea of using technology to control a lot of things in the room like the tv, lights, doors. It is conveniently located where SM mall is very near. I dont like it that the rooms have no windows. The electronic sliding doors are noisy. The room has its own big Jacuzzi which is fun but can also wet the floor of the room, not safe for children.

Room has jacuzzi and sauna. Unique ambiance & great interior design, super comfy and very relaxing...

A lot of youtubers choose to shoot here because the place was very dynamic and very beautiful.

This serves to commend on the excellent service rendered by the Luksloft Hotel during our family vacation. The foods served were highly sumptuous as we had a hearty time indulging in the array of varieties. Highly recommended!

It was such a great experience for me and my children. Recommended for family gathering, celebration etc.
