The place is Wonderful, I and my family were really having a great time here ,the staff were very accommodating. So if you want to visit here ,Blue Resort is for you .

Nice villas but remote needs a lot of walking and steep steps..

We've stayed here before 2 years back, I think twice in fact. The rooms are big and place is very nice. Very relaxing. Would stay there again. The only thing about Sabang beach is that's it's not much of a beach compared to others. It's also a shame to pay an environment fee for the beach and you don't see it at work.

Hotel is great, but beach is not. We stayed for a long weekend - the accommodations were very clean, the staff was extremely friendly and the food is definitely above average for the Philippines. If you're a diver, I would highly recommend this place. If you're just looking for a beach vacation, be warned that at high tide there really isn't a beach (along the whole beachfront, not just this hotel), and it is crammed with dive boats. The beach was a big disappointment for us (and our kids) - no place to play, no place to safely access the water, etc. Summary: Hotel is excellent and I highly recommend if you're planning to dive; but I don't recommend for a family beach getaway.

Been coming here for years. More than 6 visits here over the years. Very consistent! Very clean rooms, lovely staff, great food, very secure and well maintained pools. Great getaway for you and your family. Children friendly.

Good place to stay with but food are extremely expensive from my own perspective example one scoop of ice cream with 🍒 on top cost 250 pesos. Literally it's just 1 scoop, nothing special. This is a private place too. They don't have a lot of guest when we visited this September 2017. Staff's are accommodating and friendly.

We stayed here over the weekend and it's was great! The staffs were so accommodating and making sure to attend to your needs and inquiries. Foods were great and delicious, our room was clean and comfy. It was a great staycation indeed!

Great location, extremely friendly and helpful staff and clean, spacious room with plenty of amenities. It's a short walk to Sabang beach or Big Lalaguna and the reception were more than happy to organise tours and transport. There is also a free, daily laundry service (up to 1kg each day). We ate at the restaurant a couple of times and found them to be very accommodating to dietary needs (e.g. vegetarian). Also, the dive centre next door (and part of the resort), Action Divers, were great too. Safety is taken very seriously and equipment was new and maintained well. Also willing to accommodate dive requests and not overcrowded like other boats we saw. Would stay here again and also dive with them again.

I have been going to Puerto Galera since 2001. In my more recent stays there, I have booked myself into the Resort - Out of the Blue. The quality of the accommodation has always been top notch. I thought it could not get any better, however, with my recent visit I noted that the management have completely upgraded the menu and the running of their restaurant- the Verandah. The food and choices were always pretty good, but now with their new menu and overall changes with cooking techniques, it must be the best Resort restaurant in the Philippines. Big congrats to the team, I will certainly return! Of course the accommodations remain first class- always makes for a most pleasant tropical escape

Great place, so many activities to choose. LOVE IT.

Nice rooms but the places has a few fundamental issues. • Took one start away for it taking a pretty far walk to actually get to the hotel because it can only be accessed from the beach and has No wheelchair access. • Took one star for the price in relation to amenities. Our suites hottub didn’t work well and the rooms could use some updating it was pricey for what we received and the location. Everything else: Great super accommodating staff, the best complimentary breakfast I’ve ever had, away from 5-7 walk away from Sabang but you still have to walk through it to actually go places which may make for some awkward conversations if you’re taking kids but for just a quick couple getaway it’s nice.

Great accommodation and service. The staff are friendly and go out of their way to make sure your holiday is something special. The Verandah restaurant serves the best seafood and delicious meals. Our stay at this hidden paradise was exceptional. Scuba diving around the area is superb! Waterfalls and pristine beaches are a scooter ride away...we highly recommend it.
