I went to get a CENOMAR and it took me 2 hours to get it. It's ok because you may turn a round in the mall. I ate and took an amazing mocha. At the backside there was a motorcycle exhibition.

Just goes here to eat on Jollibee but I think fiesta mall is still a good place to buy some stuffs. Like polo or anything related to outfits since the last time I went here, the products are not that pricey.

First commercial shopping mall and entertainment center in the city of Lipa. Now it is home to one one of the biggest furniture warehouse in the city and also serves as the office of the PSA located north wing of the building.

This is by far, the dirtiest, gloomiest and filthiest mall I have ever seen. The Inside looks like a scene on a post-apocalyptic zombie era.

Some items is likely an additional to my little Samgyeupsal shop..though i really love that monocular scope thing like Jupiter Ascending..

I think one of the security is having a bad dayand his customer service skills are not turned on. The place is showing its age.

A good place for a quick bite. Parking can either be plenty or scare depending on the time. The Results Call center is here so you wont be alone even if it is very early like 3am or so. Update march 2022: There is a Mini Nightmarket there now, the foodie kind.

The temperature outside is almost thesame inside, taking PSA is a different level as like a month ago i was taking birth certificate and death certificate in PSA Cagayan de Oro it was a breeze, i went in the morning at 10 and as mandaroty appointment i was told to take a apointment in the afternoon slot, and when you were inside after you pa with id for verification less than 5 min they will give you the papers already but here 2pm apointment but was still in the line outside at 3pm, we finished at almost 5pm

This feedback is based on the furniture component only. From the outside it looks very run down and does not reflect its contents. They have a wide selection of furniture and fittings all reasonably priced. They deliver items purchased at a reasonable price dependant on where delivery is to. It looks busier than it is because they also have a Phil ID and PSA location linked to the furniture section.

Old mall but plenty of parking when you go there to get your PSA Birth Cert or any documents under PSA.

This place used to be so great nung wala pa sm at robinson, but since then, nag iba na. Atleast you can still go there for some groceries at mga basic needs and foods. Just be aware of heavy traffic kapag rush hours.

Great finds, since most of the items are quality and prices are off. Native products and surplus portions are also here. Worth visiting 😉

Tried to do a shopping here and all items are at low price like dress, shoes etc. Very affordable. Big places and where all you want is there.😊

Bring back the old days when we were young and we come here to buy our christmas clothes or what we called "Pamas" heheh kidding aside 😅 It was really or totally different from before. Fiesta world mall lipa, one of the most popular malls way back then.

Convenient place to go and its near in our place, if we need some groceries or look sa stuffs, to withdraw and get something to eat.

The mall should be renovated with more publics attraction to invite more visitors and shoppers
