Just nice.. good fast food for take out and delivery

Wish they had a kiosk to order digitally to confirm that the order was received as mentioned. The order was close but not the same.

I like the warm lemon water served while waiting for our orders at Shakey's Sto Tomas Batangas.

There's a "canal" foul smell near our table. There's a locked unused door beside our table and the smell outside was not nose-friendly. It gave me headache. Though there's a "lemon concoction" on our table, maybe served for eliminating the foul smell, it didn't eliminate the foul odor.

Sto. Tomas Batangas Branch - thank you po, Friendly accomodating staff, fast service , to think we were around 18 people and we were not from the place and were really very hungry,thank you to all.the smiling staffs we really appreciate :)

Situated at an outskirt town, an impressed with the quality of Pizzas served. Warm staff make dining experience even nicer. Thank you.

We called prior to dining in and they confirmed kids are already allowed. Long table was arranged to cater 11 pax. We were also given free desserts for the birthday celebrants. We availed the ber bundle promo for 999 only (large pizza, 1 pasta platter, 5 chicken and mojos, drinks)

OCTOBER 8, 2020 3:30 PM Felt so disappointed after receiving a pizza delivery that was cold as the weather. The pharma company who sponsored the pizza ordered around 11:00 am and it came around 1:30 pm. The rider told that they find it hard to find my address however they said one of their riders felt the urge of going home. I dislike to mention this but the rider took the pizza for replacement however it was returned and was just reheated because the pizza feel like rubbery when chewed. When it comes to food preparation and delivery I'am really high with expectations especially when it comes to promptness on delivery of food. To those riders of Shakeys Sto Tomas kindly be honest and prompt on your deliveries. And replace food if needed to because they've been paid in full. To the management of Shakeys Sto Tomas kindly improve your delivery service. Not because its pandemic you'll excuse yourself.
