The whole community is different from any other shopping district in Metro Manila. There are so many offices, business establishments and residential condominiums cramped in one place; but it gets cozy once you get used to it. Almost everything you need is within your reach but you only need to exert a little effort due to the proximity of the different malls and buildings.

Good : Safe Bad : Difficult to find good restaurants. Most of the restaurants there are not cheap but poor quality. cellphone signal is unstable in some buildings there. No good supermarket or market inside.

Good selection of dining restaurants and shopping finds. They have a cinema too!

This place is awesome, just be patient on the traffic on its major road like C5. And all the traffic enforcer were very good on assiting people.

Hey Guys, be careful with your shopping for PS4 accessories in that store. We bought 2 controllers and both already dead in less then a month! Warranty is 7 days only. Very poor quality. Device performance is really bad. 6K spent for nothing. Zero satisfaction. @Toys “R” Us, change your suppliers or better stop lie to your customers that you are selling originals. It's obviously very far from original Sony PlayStation quality. I gave you 1 star because unfortunately there is no option for Zero...

For me, better than toy kingdom, they have a lot of toys to choose for. And they gave reasonable price and sale price.
