The cashiers are not helpful, and priority lanes are not being respected. Instead of being assisted 1st, my grandma had to wait longer than everybody else, making her stand in line longer. Meanwhile, on the senior citizen lane, they are letting non seniors through but when we tried to go to other lanes, they won't assist us.

If you plan to shop for groceries here in Batangas City its one of the places where you may find the broadest options. They have reasonable price and an excellent customer service. 98% of the time, they got what you need.

When it comes to price they're way much Affordable than other's. bùt the place needs more improvement when it comes to cleanliness of products display and improved the produce section to have much more fresh and clean air smell..Staff are friendly too! i suggest they must trained and have more staff to be more productive in their respective duties.But overall its a very good place specially to those who can't afford expensive items..coz every single centavo counts to everyone of us who are in a middle class category.

I've been a customer of citimart for so long & been a member of your wholesale club when i opened a store. Now that i'm a senior i seldom go out & ask my niece to do the marketing. But lately, one of the cashiers (forgot the name) didn't allow to do the purchase because meron daw memo na di raw pwede. My point is why i am not notified of that memo? This is honestly my favorite store to shop when it comes to groceries but because of its parking area, I'd have to rate it 4 out of 5 stars but aside from that, this is my one stop shop for cheaper home necessities.

Everything is fast moving since they got a lot of customers every single day. It is really important to read the signs in cashier lanes (for Hand Carried, Cart, Basket only, Priority lane), to avoid downtime. Expect bulk of boxes sometimes on the entrance, as the supermarket has a very minimal space especially for the wholesale department. Please be reminded that due to pandemic, lots of items were sold out or out of stock. However, they do keep on stocking their shelves whenever there is delivery. They are still doing temperature check, and no face mask and face shield no entry rule is still being implemented.
