Had a romantic night here. The food service is nice. The room is spacious and clean. During the night, we were serenaded by the band at the bay while sitting on the prepared picnic type table. We've met good people. Beautiful pools. Alfresco table set up beside the pool.

Reception and parking is good. Staff are very polite and helpful. Breakfast serving is limited. Our CR door's lock is broken. There is a gap in the main door where people can peep to see inside the room we were assigned. The water in the showers smells fishy. Beach is dirty but this should be handled by local authorities.

We had a great stay at the Villa MJ Maristela Resort. It was a home away from home. Looking forward to another get away at VMJMBR!

This is a bit far if you are from Cavite so better go to Patungan if you are from that place. The area is not maintained well and the beach is not free of garbage. They should organize a bantay kalikasan to restore the area. But if you just want to meet up with friends for chitchat and a few drink while roasting fish, the place is not expensive plus Tilapia is cheaper and fresh.

Conventional hotel located at nice beach location. The rooms are clean and standard without views of the ocean. There is a pool, pay activities options, and lots of cabanas for rent. The bay is calm with clear waters over black sand. We went during the off season (June/July) and it was totally empty. I wish they would offer some discounts or incentives during this time. It was a little noisy at night because they ran the washing machines in the middle of the night until morning and it disturbed us.

Good for team buildings but not for the family outing. The water is not safe it has a foul smell that I think the management intended not to fix it. Over priced for what it is.

We stayed here for our church event. The staffs are courteous and kind so kudos to their customer service. The rooms are good and spacious, cold aircon and very comfortable bed. They have wifi but the strength is not good inside the room. If you will be using mobile data globe is also weak inside the room. Thank you also to the management because they allowed us to stay at their conference room for like 2 hrs even though we are already checked out.

Great place. There are just few minor things like the dried fish very salty😆. The room floor was a bit dusty. But its alright. The staffs are accomodating and very helpful with our needs. Location was a bit far. But overall would recommend and definitely will come back.

The rooms are good but they have too many restrictions like the pool and videoke is only until 9 pm. The gates are closed until 6 am so you have to wait if you're a morning person.

The staff are really kind and willing to attend any request. The place was nice but only swim in the pool if you're wary of gray sea water.

Very affordable. Room is comfortable. Lovely and kid-friendly pool. Wide parking lot. Very warm and accommodating staff. Restaurant food has nothing extraordinary but pricing naman is inexpensive too. The beach side can be cleaned pa.

I am currently staying here. So far this place is quite grand and cozy. Room is spacious and beach huts are to die for. Relax and unwind while listening to the waves crash and birds chirping. I highly recommend staying at this place.

We enjoyed our stay. The room is clean and comfy enough for 5 adults. We got an extra cushion to accommodate everyone. Our kids had a lot of fun in the beach. Not white sand though.

The resort is great, the staff services was amazing, really great if you're looking for a weekend staycation. Gave 3 stars for location which means neutral because if you are looking for a beach experience, the location coastline is not quite good for a beach adventure 😊

Booked and paid my reservation online for a superior room. We arrived a bit early and luckily we were waived of the early check-in and we were able to be accommodated in a very short period of time. The room is a bit small for a superior room but comfortable. The staff are very friendly and hospitable. The food in the restaurant is good. You just need to inform them ahead of time to prepare your food. There was a nagging problem in the floater of the toilet and water leaking at the balcony due to the air condition but both are minor issues. There are a lot of facilities such as karaoke, kayaking, half court basketball and the swimming pool that you could use while in Villa Maristela. The beach front is nice though crowded and trash is piling up in the shoreline in the late afternoon. Maybe the Barangay could enforce strict rules on littering as they charge 5Php per head to those coming in the area.

Staffs are great! The place needed a little tidy up as my family occupied several rooms, our room have some cobwebs near the mirror, some card access issues but overall, the experience is great!

the rooms were great for its price. pool was cool. however the food could be better. beachfront was just below average. big thumbs up though for accommodating kids especially in this times.
