I just want to place this out here so that you don't make a mistake of choosing this place for your get away. It's bad, straight to the point and downright not good. Management has poor communication skills with each other and poor hospitality attitude. Housekeeping is so bad that I think someone was murdered in the mattress that they offered us, the pool which was one of the main reasons we choose the place is really lacking in maintenance. When asked, we were told that it only gets cleaned once a month, and they're asking a very steep non negotiable price for a night stay. Cottages are rickety and also less maintained with the beach side full of parked boats. This place was not our first choice and regretted taking time over here to unwind, it was stressful. The AC in our room does not work, it's flooding where you'll need to cross towards your car, and the staff are very unwilling to help and utmost, even rude as if it's an utang na loob. Check out time feels like they're hurrying you along, but it's not like they cleaned the place for the next customer. I would recommend the accomodations next to them instead, try Burgis Mangrove, very kind, considerate, and the stay is clean, but no pool. Don't be fooled by the spacious glamour, it's not going to help you relax at all. As for booking, they will money grab, mislead, lie, and charge you for unecessary additional service that is not there and you'll find that you paid more than you should. Take this as a fair warning to save you grief from the long drive only to find things worst.

Typical beach place to visit with. Nice and helpful staff. Not crowded. Reasonable price range on Cottage. Market nearby where you can buy your needs and diy cooking. Sea water level are safe for kids with adult supervision. Prior for booking sched kindly Check High/Low Tide sched on google apps.

Went here for 2 days and 1 night. Accomodation is average with complete appliances, utemsils, griller, and mostly are having videoke which will give your stay more enjoyment. Beach is white sand but bit rocky and the water is not deep so very suitable for children. The beach is busy having several boats, banana boating, jetski, among others. Water is clear enough to appreciate. Staff service is good and they are accomodating.

Good for budgetarian reunion. Our cottage can accomodate 20+pax on a cheap price. The beach though is average

The beach is nice, but rent the room is not so good, 3 nights. Don't have a good sleep for videoke. Not recommend for someone wants a relaxing vacation. The f18 is very smelly . Smell like imburnal. They don't care about AC. Hot and noisy what you get. Never again to stay here.

Pros: there's a sari sari store nearby with yelo, bottled water Beach nearby, water activities White sand is true Cons: not the place if you want to relax, sobrang dami ng tao (kahit may own cottage kayo) Cottages and the rooms look rundown (compare to private resorts, although rental is ALMOST on par, 10k for the cottage here in pahiyas), the airconditioner in 1 of our 2 rooms is defective They also didn't accomodate all our request even though we advised them the day before everything extra that we need (extra mattresses, pillow, monobloc), we HAD to follow up again in their office pagkadating Will never go back, but definitely okay for budgetarians

It's crowded maybe because you can bring anything you want and it's pet friendly.. It's just that when we went there, all four directions of our cottage were with speakers that I can only hear myself๐Ÿ˜… They do offer a lot of water activities which is nice

Plus side: white sand beach and shallow waters even hundred of meters from the beach We only rented a nipa hut with private rooms and I think it's ok on overnight stay with around 5 individuals. It also has its own lock for security. Several amenities on beach like banana boat and the circular one that rotates while drifting. Down side: can be too crowded, so less privacy. Water near the beachfront can be cloudy (possibly caused by fine sands and turbulence brought by the beachgoers,l. Too shallow, if you want neck deep waters, you have to be more than a hundred meters from the beach. And at that distance, seabed gets a little rocky.

Stayed here for just a short period of time but it is amazing. Great place, haven't tried the rooms or cottages but the beachfront is really good. ๐Ÿ˜Š

Have a Friendly staff, Before you go to resort you need a Reservation confirmation. Because you need to show it to the Tourism Boot. Before you arrive in Laiya Proper Dot forget to bring your Vaccine Card

Nice place to enjoy the sea. Crowded in peak seasons and almost 4hr travel from laguna.
