We spend our 2021 year end Christmas and New Year in this place. Very beautiful, professional, polite and helpful staffs. Arlyn Imperial, the manager did really help us a lot to make our stay way better. She and the rest of the staffs the whole stay is very nice and welcoming. We really love and enjoyed every single day of our vacation in Puerto Galera. The place is very beautiful and the ocean view is absolutely excellent! Will come back ! We miss Manarra !!! We miss the staffs and the chef is a good cook. Fair pricing, excellent :)) Don’t miss them ! :))

I heard that this is not cheap, and it's true. Not only exp but also worst. Yeah we can see the sea view but also a part of the roof from downstairs. I stay in second level and the stairs really quite a long way to walk. Plus the air-conditioning in my room really bad. They cant even fix it and it's not cold at all. The water level in the bathroom also small, how to bath nicely? Aw

Beautiful resort with friendly staff. The the restaurant is great good food with lots of different selections from Filipino food to Western fair. I would definitely stay here again.

I was fortunate to have stayed at Manarra from 9th December to the 18th December, it was a wonderful time there, the rooms were spacious and very clean, the staff are very friendly and very attentive, always making certain that you have everything you need, the food is also first class

We are very satisfied during our stay. The staff are friendly and very accomodating. Very good service. Good foods😍too. We have been in Puerto Galera 4 times and we have found our place to stay next time.

Beautiful people. Beautiful room. Lovely pools with view. Great breakfast. Manarra felt like a home away from home.

The room was ok. Staff is nice and support. But be careful if using towel for the hotel. They charged me 15$ each for the towel with a very little my hair color on it lol. Not a bit deal but not so happy as it costs roughly 4-5$ there

In all fairness, facilities were nice but very poor customer service!!

Room are good, staff are nice and helpful as well. But don't expect the hotel have any Wifi

Water and Electric power is not sustainable. View is good but you have to be a climber

Nice rooms, excellent restaurant.

I paid nearly double the price per night but got a room that AC doesn't even function properly. AC dripped water during my entire stay. It was hard to sleep with AC off and having such noise from the water dripping. I also had a paddle where I could slip if not careful. Noone fixed or cared to ask how I coped with it.

View, great service. It's a place I really want to visit next time
