Their site does not state anywhere that a confirmation is needed more than 24/48 hours. Note I had an appointment scheduled for Saturday (3/12) for an all over color and I received a text message Monday (3/7) at 10:41 AM. I do not receive unknown messages normally, so I missed the message. However, the morning on Tuesday (3/8) around 8AM I received a message stating that my appointment was cancelled. At this time I was checking my notifications when I noticed the alert. After back and forth conversation, Rachel called me asking for my hair color. I informed her what I normally do but with short period of time, I need a blond color to cover my roots. She proceeded to say she’s going to cancel my appointment because highlights are 3 hrs (I’ve been to many salons, that’s a ridiculous amount of time but whatever) I never I formed her I wanted highlights. I was already frustrated by their service and unknown policy that I did not care to continue.

Rachel at the beginning was very helpful and good at her job but lately her quality has dropped a lot, especially in the service and attention, especially because she does not take calls or answer messages and when you have an appointment she does not meet or receive the attention that she should be. She really needs to improve her customer service.

What a great place. The stylist was welcoming, helpful and made sure my daughter left with a haircut she loved! It's a lot bigger inside than the pictures show, they even have special chairs for little kids (an airplane and a car). The salon is open and bright but still feels cozy. A lovely atmosphere, well fitted out, clean and well maintained. Will definitely be coming back. Thank you!

I hate to do this review because I hate the thought of not being able to get in to see THE ABSOLUTE MOST AMAZING NAIL ARTIST I have ever met when I need her in an emergency, like I have recently but, here it goes… Mariel does absolutely beautiful work! I’ve searched high and low for someone like her in the Coldwater area and she has mastered it all! She can do classy, simple, artistic or flashy and any combination of the 4! She will spoil you from the minute you walk into her room and she will quickly become your favorite person to talk to as well! She’s an absolute sweetheart and incredibly professional! I really can’t say enough good about this doll!!!! She won’t even break the bank either!

I wish I could give more stars. Great service and great quality. I got my hair dyed here twice and I was extremely satisfied both times. Got so many compliments on my hair too. And i have so much respect for Rachel for making her business hijabi friendly. THANK YOU!!!!!!

I recently posted a negative review in haste. My apologies to Rachel. In my review I did not slander her nor was I disrespectful in my previous review. I was absolutely honest. So when I went to my appointment today she told me I was no longer allowed to be her client and she did not charge me for her services today even when I insisted I pay I Scheduled an appointment with her today and to speak with her in person which I should have done in the beginning. We discussed my hair style with much more dept and Rachel gave few more details on how to work with my hair type. Rachel made some small adjustments to my cut style and I absolutely love it. First time there and I will definitely be back! Rachel cut, highlighted, and styled my hair and I was very happy with the way it turned out. I was very impressed with how she made sure to ask me what I wanted and show me before she did anything to my hair. Great experience!
