these guys are really good. I fell for the Medicare scam for hearing aids and bought hearing aids under this program a couple of years ago from the only Medicare provider (not CSH). The hearing aids never worked properly. I finally went back to CSH and purchased a new set (Phonak) that actually works for less money than the bad hearing aids with the Medicare benefit. My new CSH Phonak hearing aids are working great. Dr. Kirkendall does a great job taking care of my hearing.

Knowledgeable and thorough hearing evaluation. They took plenty of time and care to explain the tests and results in a way I easily understood. Advised me on possible aid solutions and provided me with a "loaner" set of aids to try out in my daily life to see if they helped. Highly recommended!

Very friendly. They can get you in, in a timely manor if you have your referral. Paperwork is super easy to fill out as it’s sent to your email, if you choose. Will continue taking my clients here.

When I called to schedule an evaluation they mentioned a 6 month waitlist, but ended up getting us in within 2 weeks! The speech pathologist who did the evaluation was phenomenal with my daughter, who is slow to warm up. She got her talking and helped her stay engaged the whole time. She was kind and compassionate, and the person at the front desk was very helpful as well.

This place is wonderful. Everyone you encounter is so kindhearted. Our SP is Cara, and I could spend the whole day talking about what a blessing she’s been for our son. When he first started he was scared (he was completely nonverbal when we started, and he seemed to think it was a doctors office) and cried and had meltdowns almost every session for over a month - however, Cara was always equally as enthusiastic, patient, and accommodating every visit. Because of her, he now eagerly waits for her at the window every time we arrive and only cries when it’s time to leave (pictured below). Her playful and loving spirit has done wonders for our son, who has now begun talking again at 4 years old. She is a champion of her profession and my husband and I are grateful beyond words for the impact she’s had on our son’s growth and development. 🩷
