Changing rating. Used to be at least a 4 but new management and lazy maintenance... This place is barely a 2. So much riffraff from the motel and hotel nearby that come into the park also. Used to be a great little community with adorable and affordable housing, now it's not worth it. Not until they get new management/maintenance & the city will do something about the knights inn/red roof inn.

deplorable living conditions. people move out and they dont even clean the places they just try to flip a quick dollar, check around your potential home for holes, the rat problems are INSANE, neighbors complain of bed bugs and roaches. They constantly harass residents about any and every thing that they can. poor managment. grounds keeping is okay just so youll think the place is nice. few months in youlll realize youve made a huge mistake. DO NOT RECOMMEND

the worst place the management is very slow . They take time to fix something and if they don't tell you that you destroyed it and you have to pay. very expensive rent and terrible service. there are rats running everywhere definitely the new management is lousy and rude. I do not recommend it. I have been living here for 7 years as they want the place to continue as one enters to rent in this place it gets old. There are leaks in the mobile home where I rent, they took almost two years to fix, but if you spend more than one day and don't pay the rent, they still make surcharges. the owner should report the conditions under which his administration works. here.

My best friend lives here and spent many nights and weekends here. It appears nice looking in but you DO NOT WANT TO EVER, EVER, WANT TO LIVE HERE!!! Unless, you love rats and I am being very, very serious! My friend did everything to get rid of the problem and spent thousands, to no avail! I do not know where they come from but the place over with them! Please do not move in this place. It is one problem after another and feel lucky that I did not move in here. My friend however was not so lucky. I have heard and have seen first hand, the way this place is run and the conditions. Rats, Rats and more Rats!! If I was the only one who complainted about this problem, you might be able to dismiss it! However, I am not! Save yourself and do not move here!

Just visited my sister here. This place has gone dramatically down hill. Trash everywhere, people collecting stuff and just piling it up around the outside. Dangerous dogs, people stealing water from other homes. Sadly, no one cares.

After the old managers were replaced both Shannon and Larry have performed a complete 180 for the better. They are both not only pleasant and understanding but will go the extra mile depending on your situation. To me they are ideal people to have on any property and it was a pleasure doing business. The property is nice, has a pool, good local food, and entertainment. I’m sure as long as these two are around it’ll be a pleasant place to live.

Lived here for going on six years the park is changing not for the Good of the Residents. Management are forcing people who own their trailers out bringing in new trailers which are all electric appliances in winter months elect bills run $1,200.00 to $1,600.00 per month.

My spiritual wife likes this place so far. Madison Oaks has a swimming pool, she loves it. I don't know how to swim, yet, but I will. Very peaceful and happy new place to live in a small town in a row I love it

Trailers are pretty nice on the inside. During the summer you have to watch out for kids. They'll hide behind cars and jump out while you're driving once you get close. Or, they'll just stay in middle of the road and not move when a car is coming. Some kid burned the bush on the side of a neighbor's house causing damage to the trailer. They were pretty mad about it, but didn't evict the family. However, they fixed it pretty quickly. These problems didn't really start until after they got rid of the security, under the new owners.

Stay there for 3 1/2 years after my divorce. They are nice clean units some of them even have storage sheds. Management does not put up with any riff-raff. They are quick to respond to any issues. Pool is clean and great on a hot summer day. Would recommend this over any local apartments.

I used to live here with Alicia Slade. It is very peaceful here. A pool area even though i do not know how to swim yet. Alicia is showing me, Lola, lol! I recommend this place to live!!!¡©.

Just moved in recently. No problem whatsoever. They made sure I had new appliances and carpet. Le'Asia took care of everything for me without any hassle. I'm looking forward to living in this cute little community!
