Not a very Good delivery service and service in a whole,i have had parcels misplaced by delivery service who fight equipment use and won't give me refund for something I have never recieved not even attempted to deliver,was told by Dan that its not refundable as I need to send it back meanwhile I haven't got anything to send back,makes me think if was even sent at all, 100 pound down the drain Doing that to honest hard working family's,disgusting and shocking will never use again

Excellent service from fight equipment UK. Initially we thought there may be a delay due to all the current issues with deliveries. The team offered me a like for like alternative right away. I said i was happy to wait, they arranged and sorted me the exact one i wanted within the same time frame it was meant to be there. Product is awesome. Competitively priced. Used Royal Mail (not Hermes thankfully!) and the goods arrived on time. We bought two Judogi's (Adidas J930 adult and J350 child) and they arrived fine, well-packaged, and exactly as expected. Good communication throughout, i.e. shipping/tracking updates and a very clear returns procedure (if needed). Would have no hesitation in using them again.

Completed an order 2 weeks ago, days before black Friday. 2 weeks on, still nothing in sight. Customer service is close to non-existent, didn't show any empathy/care and barely replied to me. They will reply to this review mentioning Royal Mail's strike and black Friday, when in fact I've been receiving other parcels just fine for weeks. Just today my order's tracking updated that my parcel is finally with Royal Mail but I'm sure the shop will say it's their fault for updating the status late... we'll see if I receive anything and what I receive. I'll surely stay away from now on.

Bought a few products from these guys for use in my gym. One item broke (more of a manufacturer's problem) but as soon as I got in touch to let them know they responded - in less than 24 hours. They straight away issued a refund - no quibbling or back and forth. Great service, thanks a lot lads.

I purchased a punch bag from here in august 2022. It cost me about £130, had good reviews. Very fast delivery too. Unfortunately, not even 6 months later and hardly after any use (I weigh 10 stone and I’m a complete amateur) the stitching has broken at the top of the bag meaning the filling is coming out. Clearly a faulty product. Fight Equipment have said as it’s out of warranty, there is nothing they will do. Really disappointing Problem Resolution and because of this I wouldn’t recommend using them, bigger companies would have more leverage with suppliers to sort out for their customers.
