I went to see Sophie following a recommendation from a friend. I found her to be welcoming, attentive and very knowledgeable. She took a detailed history followed by an examination before any hands on treatment. She was great at explaining what the problems I had been experiencing were and I left feeling confident that she would be able to help. This was followed up by a sheet of exercises that I could do at home and a couple of more follow up appointments. I can honestly say that I would not hesitate to recommend her to anyone and will continue to visit as and when needed. Book an appointment, you won't be disappointed!

I've just had the first follow up appointment after initial consultation and Sophie was fantastic! Sophie explained my scans and helped me to understand what was happening with my body - why and where I was experiencing pain and what I need to do to help myself. Very informative, caring and experienced. Sophie followed all Covid safety proceedures. I left feeling much more confident going forward. It really does help to find a professional you can trust and I trust Sophie completely. Brilliant weekly sessions so far plus a home exercise plan with a view eventually to visit twice a year for a tune up. I'm finally looking forward to feeling well and being able to move well. I was very impressed with Sophie, took time to explain my problem followed by a lot of different manipulation to the problem area. The exercise program is excellent with the attached videos making them very easy to follow. I thought the price very reasonable, and would urge any one with aches and pains to give Sophie a try.

Stephen was seen very speedily, actually on the day of enquiry, which was marvellous.
