Nice little soft play, great for babies and young children. The meal deal for my 4 year old was excellent value. Will be back.

Had our daughters birthday here yesterday and the staff were excellent. Everyone we spoke to were very helpful and nothing was too much trouble. Special mention to Lucya who was very attentive throughout. All play areas were very clean as was the seating area. We would definitely recommend Tumble Jacks for anyone looking to have a kids party, or to anyone just looking for a good play centre for their child. We have been a few times and there have never been anything but positives.

Had a party here for the second year on the run. Exceptional staff that go above and beyond! The 3 ladies who were the party hosts were incredible today, nothing was too much trouble! From booking to the end of the party, it’s all been easy and stress free. The sweet cones were also very well received. 5* service and a very happy birthday boy 😍🥰

Plenty of parking, lots of steps to get to place which was difficult to find once parked. Great for toddlers and older kids but not so great for babies. I didn’t feel the play areas were particularly clean there was some mud and other bits on the equipment and we were first in, but the seating area was spotless. I probably wouldn’t go again until baby is older as I didn’t feel it was that safe for her with bigger children around. I think because the seating area is close to the baby area parents just leave their children unchecked.

My daughter's favourite place! Lovely and clean little play centre with an excellent cafe and the loveliest staff. We are regular visitors and had my daughter's birthday party here, they were amazing.

Been to multiple soft play centres and this one is our favourite. I feel my children are safe. Staff helpful. Very clean. Food lovely. Worth every penny. +++ Would definitely recommend.

Really fun, friendly, great soft play centre. Lovely food and great meal deals. We had a birthday disco party for our 5 year old. It was amazing, no stress for us, Amy the host was brilliant and took care of everything. Would highly recommend 😊👍
