    Quality service. Ordered two chairs and a camping cupboard/table. Arrived a couple of days later. One of the chairs was unfortunately damaged, so called them up, spoke to a lovely lady who arranged for the damaged chair to be collected the next day and a replacement delivered at the same time. All sorted within 24hrs. Now, I don't mind when businesses make mistakes, it's how they fix them that matters and towsure were spot on. Brilliant service, thanks 👍🏻

    DO NOT DEAL WITH THIS COMPANY. Information on products is incorrect you purchase from them online and will be required to send back at your own cost even when calling the shop they have no idea what they are doing. Very poor service and people in the phones are very rude and will not help you in any way. All they kept saying was did we get a name of the person we spoke with Also be very careful purchasing online they often take money for items they have not got in stock and had no idea when it would be delivered. GO ELSE WHERE !!

    Placed an order on line, the order was confirmed, phoned the next day to check, confirmed that all was well. 5 days later and the item has not turned up, so I sent an enquiry by email but it wasn't answered. phoned today, item not in stock, Shocking customer service

    I had a towbar fitted at Towsure today. Having read some of the reviews, I was a bit worried. However, it was carried out without any problems by a mobile fitter on site. Also, the staff I spoke to in the store seemed very nice. I'm not sure why other people have had problems with them. I would use them again.

    I can't fault towsure I've bought several products for my caravan through them in the last 6 months and each time had a great, speedy, reliable service! Often cheaper than rivals and a good range too

    I purchased an awning from Quest Leisure on the 9 May via the Towsure website. We took it on holiday with us in June to the Isle of Wight. First problem was the awning started leaking at the front, which annoyingly soaked some of our cushions. More dramatically on one particularly windy day, the storm strap broke away from the awning itself, which forced me to take it down, which caused additional damage. Even though it was windy, the storm strap shouldn't have broken away that easily but only having two other guy ropes on it, didn't really help provide reasonable stability. I was concerned about how stable the awning was when I put it up. Quest Leisure responded to my complaint by saying that the awning was likely to leak until had been weathered? Also, that the storm strap broke because of the adverse weather conditions. I have never experienced a leak in a brand new awning in 50+ years of camping and caravanning. As for the storm strap, the word 'storm' would suggest it would be suitable to use in adverse conditions. This country is subject to adverse conditions, so obviously the awning is not suitable to use in UK. I was not offered a replacement or refund, so think twice before you buy a product from Quest Leisure. Unfortunately, although Towsure were tried to assist in this matter, they were unable to help with a suitable resolution. I am stuck with a damaged awning that was not really fit for purpose.

    Initially service as usual, then one of the two outwell dreamhaven 10cm mattresses we purchased split down the side seam. When we went back under warrenty the customer service rep forwarded our photos and email to the manufacturer, to which the manufacturer declined any fault (which we disagree with entirely). The customer service agent did little else to help us with this issue, simply forwarding our emails and their responses until we were out of our 12 month warrenty and declined to help us any further. We used this mattress twice and it has split down the joining seam. It was treated and cared for in exactly the same way as the other bought at the same time which continues unbroken as it should. Useless customer service. Will never be shopping here again.

    Ordered Spring Assisters online SA5, in stock, was able to purchase or click and collect, went with the later. I was in the area later that day, so dropped in to see if my order was ready. Got told they weren't in stock by the lady on customer service, I was #perplexed as the web site allow me to order the item. The manager came over Mark P. Said the same as the lady. I found out He'd cancelled my order, and went on to say that he did the ordering and would not be ordering any, even if a customer was wanting them. He was rude, arrogant and seemed to care little about his nasty attitude. 0/10 for customer service, maybe he's part of the family behind the business and he can treat customers however he wants too or maybe he just doesn't care about the people that spend £££s in Towsure.
