Shoutout to Max who was very helpful and polite, drinks on point apart from the hot chocolate which tasted watered down. Reason for 2 stars is the baker’s cupboard was heaving with flies, really need to sort this issue out! Max was kind enough to fetch us some from the back storage as we would not dare to eat the ones on display.

The coffee was lovely, but the interior was disappointing. It could have been comfier, and it would have been nice if they had posted that the ladies were out of order rather than let us all think it was in use for over an hour and presume we would use the disabled toilet.

Cappuccino was bloated cup of froth without any texture. Really poor compared to what you get in town with the independent coffee shops.

Decent enough cafe and the staff are nice. It has a great covered smoking area but it is never cleaned. Shame really, great facility ruined by lazy staff

Came by a while ago and Rue was so attentive and made sure my order was made correctly! She was a real asset to the team and the drink tasted lovely

some of the staff are great, but today I was served by rude people, they served me without saying please, thank you or sorry (because they forgot part of my order), they gave me the order without saying a word, I feel like they ignored me, I felt bad about it.
