I went to Regen to get help with a torn rotator cuff, quite a bit of pain, and limited motion. Aaron’s skills and knowledge were the perfect solution, and now I don’t even think about my shoulder. I had trimalleolar fracture and dislocation last year. After 6 weeks of immobility, I need immediate professional assistance in helping me walking again properly so that I can back to my normal life quickly. Spent a couple of months working with Aaron at Regen Physio in York on a niggling overuse knee injury, and can say I'm in a much better position that when I came in. Aaron diagnosed what was up (an issue with my quads tendons brought about by poor running form and some weakness in my glutes and hips), helped the injury heal, and figured out a plan to get me back to running at the same volume again. Regen Physio is fantastic, I’ve been to see Harry for nearly two months to help with a tendon and calf issue and everything has been so professional from start to finish. Regen do more than a standard physio having access to a gym, shockwave therapy, and providing exercise plans to improve strength. All of the above was carefully thought through by Harry and this provided me with a much faster recovery than expected. I have worked with numerous physios and sport therapists having played a high level of sport for nearly 20 years with in house physio teams, strength and conditioning coaches etc. But Harry has without doubt been the best and most effective to date.
