I
have
dealt
with
Pointons
in
the
last
3
years
and
have
always
found
them
satisfactory
After
my
Mum
passed
away
I
decided
to
again
use
them
for
the
sale
of
her
house.
The
sale
was
slow
due
to
the
inadequacy
of
the
solicitor
that
they
recommended.
But
I
was
very
patient
and
didn’t
reallyBlame
pointman
is
at
this
point
for
recommending
them
The
house
that
I
was
selling
had
been
my
family
from
newbuild
my
mum
and
live
there
for
over
50
years
and
the
last
two
years
of
her
life
she
developed
dementia
and
had
to
go
into
a
home
which
was
heartbreaking.
Because
my
mum
absolutely
loved
her
home
,
my
one
request
was
that
the
house
would
not
be
sold
to
anybody
that
was
planning
to
use
it
to
rent
out
and
this
was
my
only
firm
request
and
requirement.
Two
weeks
before
the
sale
after
five
months
of
it
being
up
for
sale
I
was
told
that
the
people
that
were
buying
it
were
actually
going
to
rent
out
after
everything
I’d
said
asked
for
checks
to
make
sure
that
they
weren’t
going
to
do
that.
I
immediately
became
so
upset
when
I
found
out
and
pulled
out
of
the
sale.
Pointons
called
me
to
say
that
the
people
were
so
upset
and
were
actually
crying
and
had
promised
that
they
would
not
rent
it
out
they
loved
the
house
and
they
were
going
to
live
in
it
and
there
was
no
way
they
were
going
to
rent
it.
I
slept
on
this
overnight
and
believed
them
to
be
genuine
and
Pointons
to
be
genuine
telling
me
at
this
point
,
so
then
I
agreed
to
again
proceed
with
the
sale...The
sale
went
through
which
was
emotional
again
for
us
as
a
family
Three
weeks
after
the
sale
I
had
a
phone
call
from
Pointons
telling
me
that
the
people
had
gone
back
on
their
word
and
were
indeed
renting
it
out
I
was
mortified
and
it
made
me
feel
quite
poorly.
I
asked
Lee
on
the
phone
how
we
knew
this
and
he
said
that
he
had
heard
this
through
the
grapevine
and
his
sources.
Today
my
daughter
has
driven
past
the
house
and
low
and
behold
the
TO
LET
sign
is
up
with
Pointons
I
know
business
is
business
,
but
it
would
have
been
the
decent
thing
for
them
to
tell
me
that
they
were
actually
going
to
deal
with
the
rental
of
my
moms
house
and
it
makes
me
wonder
deeply
if
they
actually
knew
all
along
that
my
mum‘s
house
was
going
to
be
rented
and
they
were
going
to
deal
with
it
I
am
very
very
disappointed
in
pointings
and
I’m
sorry
but
I
will
never
use
you
again
and
never
advise
anybody
to
use
you
because
you
are
dishonest.
I
would’ve
gladly
pulled
out
that
sale
right
until
the
last
moment
if
I’d
of
known
it
was
going
for
rental....
you’ve
just
added
extra
heartache
to
what’s
been
the
most
horrendous
two
years
of
our
lives
I
am
so
disappointed
in
your
company
