Great day out at Laser Quest with the kids. We played 2 games which were 20 mins each. The whole experience was really good. The course and gun were amazing. Helpful staffs, ample of parking at the centre.

Me and my friend had a phenomenal experience at this venue, booking laser tag and a VR ride for less than £10 each! The staff opened early to get us checked in and the area is exciting from the onset, leading into the epic two-floor laser arena. We could see our scores afterwards on a screen and the VR is comfortable, whizzing us through a roller coaster ride!

Visited for a kids' party and they all loved it. Very loud and chaotic, especially in-between games, and not great for parents waiting, but it's all about the kids and they had great fun. Staff were polite and helpful, and you can buy drinks / snacks whilst waiting. More seating for those waiting would be appreciated.

Had the most fun in a very long time. Very family friendly, I was well in character especially with the dramatic music in the background whilst shooting... love it. Absolutely will be back for more.... fabulous

Pretty rubbish tbh, not enought explanation at the start, Laser jackets too big for smaller children, briefing room too dark, not enough time to get jackets on smaller children. We were not told our names were assigned to different number jackets, so we were all wearing the wrong ones, my advice is to go to the one at Excape (Castleford) instead

Such a good party. Kids really enjoyed themselves. As parents, it was really chilled and not hectic outside and staff were marshals in the games which meant we didn't even need to go in. The pizza and chips were really tasty. But the best bit was that the staff were lovely. Really attentive and good at their jobs.

We came last year for one of our sons party, everyone loved it they had pizza and chips included in the price. So this year our other son wanted the same. Booked it, seemed more expensive this time round. We sat down and the space was filled with cups of pop everywhere over the seating area, part of the carpet was coming up too which was a trip hazard. Also Got there to be told they were running behind which was fine was only 3 minutes. But whilst we stood and waited they booked a group of teenagers in at the same time as our party. So our party (mainly all 7 years old) ended up in the same game as these teenagers! Seemed fine until we watched and they literally all stood in a corner (teenagers) so the little ones were just walking round not being able to do much. They came out and all the children told us how they were all shouting and swearing inside! Also standing against a wall so they couldn’t gain many points. This was very disappointing for us and the children. We told the staff we didn’t want these in again and the children on their own the next game which they agreed with. They had a much better experience the 2nd game. Food time, the children only got 2 small slices of pizza each. (They wanted to charge extra for more food), but after paying £180 for 8 children we didn’t really want to spend more money. VR time one of the machines wasn’t working properly so 8 children had to wait for one chair. Fair to say we will not be back here very disappointed.
