    Shocking experience at the reception on Friday 21st April 2023. The lady who got my key and filled the paperwork had a deplorable attitude. She was in a rush to get rid of me, she literally threw me out even though I spent less than two minutes in there. She was busy to do nothing. I checked on her through the window while I was waiting for a cab and she was just laughing at me ironically and happy to see me waiting in the rain. I know what customer service means because I also work in customer service. I know what a difficult client means as well. I do not consider myself a difficult client and I find hard to see the reason of her unbelievable attitude. She needs more training for a front of house role. Unfortunately, there is nothing to be done as long her colleague/manager defended her instead of promising to look into the matter. I was told that what I am saying is not true. An experienced manager or colleague -the gentleman who told me that’s not true -would have apologized and would have promised to analyze later. There was no point to try to convince him that she was not at all polite or cooperative, therefore I changed the subject of discussion with him and moved forward to pay and rush to leave the place were I was considered a liar, blind and deaf clown. She might be a good engineer or mechanic who knows the cars’ parts or someone’s protege but her customer service skills, are nil. It is not a matter of if but when she will disappoint another customer. Hard to forget the way I was insulted.

    Misrepresented a car by putting the wrong milage, failed to take responsibility for this error. Sales man was very poor getting our names wrong. Part exchange value offer less than scrap value. Very poor experience and underhanded tactics. Avoid

    It has been my first Mazda and has been a pleasurable experience purchasing a new car. The customer care and communication from Lewis (Whyte) has been first class. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend the dealership. Thank you!

    Lewis has been great from start to even after collecting my car. He got back to me with all my questions and got everything ready before I even got there. I was driving from far and did not have much time to get back in time for work and he prepared everything for me. He was clear in explaining everything. No pressure and even following up after care is brilliant. A great asset to the company's team and pleased with my new car. Thank you

    Immediately on entering the showroom premises, I received wonderful customer service and a hospitable welcome from James and his colleagues . They were friendly, approachable and meticulously described what was going to happen at the service. They listened attentively to any questions I had and answered them comprehensively. After the service, James went through everything that had been checked, examined and tested.  Additionally, the garage sent me a video of the inspection and any service tasks and work carried out, which provided me with insights I would not acquire from just receiving an invoice. I was thoroughly impressed by the team's overall efficiency, competence and high standards.  Their enthusiasm, professionalism and desire to provide great service to me (and no doubt other customers) really came to the fore. I look forward to the same memorable experience for my follow-up service with Johnsons next year.

    After talking to Fraser and Paul over the phone/email, the car (CX 30 - 2020) was exactly as described when I went to collect it a week later and they honoured the price agreed for the part exchange too. Overall a pleasant experience!

I would like give a special thanks to Dipak for helping me through the entire process of getting my very first car. He made me feel like none of the questions I asked were silly. Dipak also provided reassurance when I became uncertain of what was required throughout the car buying process.     Johnsons Mazda Solihull staff were good because our sales person Dipak was outstanding, he was polite, courteous and friendly. He explained about the available vehicles very clearly and with a brilliant understanding of what was available and took care and attention to understand what we were looking for. He explained everything really well and made every effort to ensure that we were pleased with the vehicle and buying experience. We haven't always found other dealers sales staff to be that good, too pushy and with obvious sales techniques, Dipak was different and much better, it really nade a big difference for us in deciding to buy from Johnsons. The range of cars on offer was also really good and the dealership was clean, well set out and looked good.

    The staff at Johnsons Mazda Solihull were good because they take care of the complete handover of the vehicle. Special thanks to Mr. Dipak Champaneri for his support and efforts to ensure everything gets done smoothly. I would like to highlight though the car was handed over to me in a spectacular condition; however; there are few mechanical faults that needs to be addressed. Also, within 10 days of my purchase, the car battery died which was very disappointing as I expected there would not be any issues in the car at least for 6 months after I buy it as I understand the servicing quality of Mazda is good.

    Mazda came to pick my car up. Was very happy with the man who came. Was nice and polite. Car always comes back clean inside and out. Service was easy to book,nice touch is they send you a little video of underside of your car showing you if anything wrong. Very nice touch.

    The best experience I have ever had buying a car 😀😀 Lewis was kind, patient, caring, knowledgeable, friendly, attentive and genuine. He was also very efficient. A genuine good person. So much so that he is now my little ones idol 😀 Lewis went above and beyond helping me, which I am truly grateful. If I could award the stars I want to it wouldn’t be just 5. All of the staff at Mazda are a pleasure to be around, so warm, kind and friendly. This includes the management too. My little one has asked me why all people are not like the people at Mazda. Says it all really 😀 I am so happy with my new car. It is everything I wanted and more. I will be a lifetime customer of Mazda now, that’s for sure. I highly recommend Solihull Mazda to everyone I speak to and will continue to do so. Well done Lewis, well done everyone at Solihull Mazda. What a beautiful bunch of people you are.     Waqar was patient, courteous, professional, easy to talk to and not once was Waqar pushy or badgering us to make a decision. He just gave us the information that we asked for and then some more that we hadn't thought of to help us in making the correct decsion for us in our situation. The other members of staff were courteous and not badgering us when we were walking around looking at the other cars that were on sale. Would definitely refer family and friends to Johnson's Mazda.

    First time I've had a Mazda and the first time I've used Johnsons Mazda Solihull. Both have been excellent. The Cx5 nax+ automatic is a joy drive, with great spec.The sales team were friendly and Dipak was very helpful and professional in helping me find a car that met my requirements. Not pushy but very thorough. If the after sales matches the sales I'll be using them again

    From the moment i walked into Johnsons Mazda Solihull, the sales team were friendly and approachable. Dipak my salesperson was very helpful and professional without being pushy.. I was guided towards the model and spec of car that best met and suited my needs. Once the sale was agreed the process was explained thoroughly and clearly to me. I have no hesitation in saying visit Johnsons Mazda Solihull and see if they can help you. My first Mazda and so far my Cx5 automatic has brought a different experience and perspective to driving. Very impressive.Absolutely love it. Hopefully the Mazda after sales support is equally as impressive

    I have mazda 6 My check engine light was coming on and off with the same error code so i thought ill book a service they told me engine needs carbon clean for 1500 pounds (u can do that for 90 pounds at some places around Birmingham)apart from that they changed the oil and visually inspect the car for 260. I changed air filter which on the top side looked fine but on the bootom was black and cleaned air mass sensor myslef, 5 minute jobs with youtube videos i cleaned the error now im driving for a second week without any problems plus they spilled the oil on the engine cover. I really thought if youre going to the dealer u will pay more but u can expect a good service. Absolutely shocking.

    Disgraceful dealership!! If I could give zero stars I would . I took my CX-5 to get it serviced and have my wing mirrors amended at the same time as they had stopped working which looks like a common mechanical fault on all models as the same thing happened when I had a mazda3. Back to the service. Everything was going well until they gave my car back. As I was about to leave the dealership a mechanic specially came out to tell me that my front pads and disc were 90% worn. Ok so this is a serious matter as my wife drives the car with my three kids so there safety is very important to me and took the mechanics word and told him I’ll get it booked for replacements as the MOT was due in July . Then once I got home and opened my driver side window I saw there was a crack in the window . They damaged my window whilst they were fixing the wing mirrors and when I brought the car back they refused to admit it was their mistake and that the window was already damaged . So then I’d thought I’d get a second opinion on the pads&discs and booked my car for a VHC ( vehicle health check ) at Mazda Tamworth. These mechanics came back to me and said that my front pads&discs were 60% worn and rear were 20% worn . So basically solihull mazda lied just so that I would panic and book my car in with them when technically it wasn’t needed just yet. Honesty goes and long way and I won’t be stepping back into this dealership and would recommend to anyone considering using this dealership to go somewhere else.

    Fantastic service at this garage. My car had a slight problem and it was sorted very quickly and efficiently. Much appreciated. Lovely service from Alisha in the service centre. Nice to see Lewis again too who sold me the car! Would highly recommend this Mazda garage.
