It is now almost 3 months since my cosmetic circumcision procedure and I am very pleased with the end result. The whole process of the initial booking, the consultation and the procedure on the day was very efficient and friendly. As I say, I am extremely pleased with the final appearance and I would have no hesitation in recommending the Thornhill Clinic for circumcision procedures. Thank you.

Very bad experience. Thet are interested in just the money. A friend recommended them and she was allowed to be there with her son during the procedure but I was told I could not stay with my son for his own procedure. I refused to leave my 4 weeks old son with complete strangers. They would not even refund half of the 200 pounds we paid. They kept it all as if they are on the look out to actually just take money from you without actually carrying out any service. In your response you asked i call the clinic but if you really care about your customers you ought to reach out to me. In the booking call it was said lastly that neither parent would not be let in, which I didn't hear as I never responded to that just went ahead to ask about the payment options instead. Collecting the total payment of 200 pounds for the procedure as non refundable payment is a way to leave your customers no option to change their mind. Not even half, your staffs were rude and giggled like they were use to seeing some parents react this way and seeing them loose money to you guys anyways. We went else where and a parent allowed in and payment only completed after the procedure. We didn't feel forced, intimidated and cornered. I strongly would not recommend thornhill for anyone.

Overall experience was excellent. There was very good information given to me before I arrived, on arrival I had a consultation and discussed what I wanted and what options I had. The procedure itself was well managed, with good communication and minimal pain. Recovery has been straightforward - I just followed the instructions. I rang the clinic once to get confirmation of how to use a cream and got help immediately. It is now about 4 weeks after the operation and I am mostly healed and very pleased with the results. If you are an adult considering where to get the procedure performed, then I would definitely recommend this clinic.

Went in for a circumcision and was incredibly anxious about the whole thing, they did a great job at making me feel relaxed especially during the procedure by just chatting and having a laugh with me and before I knew it the operation was over! Injections were the only thing I felt and to be honest even they wasn’t as bad as some people may make out, a bit like like pulling out a pube or scratching a bit too hard! Would recommend this clinic 100%

An amazing private GP with very friendly receptionists staff, really amazed by the professionalism and really helpful medical team. Dr. Amin is rare find to be honest. I recently had my circumcision a week ago and it went brilliant..the staff were brilliant,supportive and really professional. I'm on the mend now and I would give them a thumbs up for anyone trying to have it done aswel.

My first time going through private healthcare and everything was 10/10. The clinic is well cleaned and very lovely. I arrived 20 minutes earlier and was seen to within a few minutes. All the necessary procedures were very straightforward and efficient. Doctor was very lovely and willing to accommodate to any personal preferences. Receptionists are all very nice and helpful both via phone and in person. Communication via email was very useful. I would definitely recommend this place to any locals especially for last minute medical related concerns. I would also like to add that prices were MUCH more affordable than other researched options I had seen outside of Luton so very good value for money at Thornhill.

Had a small operation this morning and genuinely cannot fault the clinic at all, staff are fab, surgeon amazing. I was extremely nervous but they did everything possible to make me feel comfortable. 100% recommended xx

I have been using the many services Thornhill Clinic provide for myself and my family. Unlike any other GP practice the professional and very polite staff have always found an appointment that accommodates around my work. I've always felt heard and never rushed, the Dr's have always taken there time to understand the problem and shared knowledge as well as recommend lifestyle changes and prescribe medication where necessary. 20 years+ we have never had anything less than a 5 star service from the outstanding practice that is The Thornhill Clinic. Paid privately for my son to have surgery here, so quick to book in, fast service, great admin team. The clinic is spotless, nurses and surgeon reassuring and great at distracting him during his op. Cannot recommend highly enough. No need to look elsewhere.

Dr Khan was very professional the procedure was done efficiently and his assistant Danielle was also great at her job and kept me reassured I recommend this clinic. It asked to add photos but of course I won't (laugh put loud).

I visited the clinic for a Jewish circumcision recently. Dr A. Khan is a professional, he has done a great job and I am very happy with the results. His assistant Dani was too of great help and reassurance. I have no doubt I will be bringing in my sons here too.

From the moment I made my first enquiry until after my surgery was finished and I was on my way I received nothing but an amazing service from the Clinic. Everything was explained in a easy to understand manner and on the day of the surgery Dr Khan explained it all again and made me feel extremely well looked after, same to the assistant nurse (sorry I didn't catch her name) who were very friendly and kept talking to me during the procedure to keep my mind off what was happening. Could not recommend Thornhill enough!!!

First time attending any private healthcare clinic, and my experience was absolutely amazing! Booked in for an extensive blood test and I was offered a same day appointment! Darrell who took my blood was brilliant and was so patient and careful with me, as I have had bad experiences before from blood withdrawal. Made me feel completely at ease and comfortable. The clinic then emailed me my results the next day, and Darrell offered me to see the doctor for a consultation to discuss my results if there was anything I did not understand! Clinic was extremely clean, hygienic and gave a vibe of professionalism throughout my whole appointment and time at the clinic. As well as the doctor, the receptionist staff were a great and made me feel at ease before the appointment went ahead! Would recommend to anyone!

I had an intimate procedure performed by Mr. Rohit Seth just yesterday but I attended a consulation last week aswell. While it is still just early days since my surgery I feel I must comment because I am so grateful. Mr. Seth was absolutely brilliant in every way, he made me feel comfortable, spent lots of time talking things through with me and has done a brilliant job. I can not fault him in any way. The lady who sat with me during the procedure was absolutely lovely. The ladies at reception I can not fault them either, Gemma was so kind, chatted to me and made me a cup of tea. Just an overall lovely experience and I can not thank all of your staff enough. While I still have some time to go until I am completely healed I do feel that I am in good hands. Thank you 🙏

Fantastic nurse Dani and lively doctors. Very professional and caring. Couldn't have had a better experience at the clinic. Super clean and smells so fresh and clean and also made the whole experience there with my sons very relaxed. Circumcision was done and baby in no pain at all less than 24 hours later. Smooth process and was on our way home after baby was checked over after the procedure. Very clear instructions for after care too. Thank you Thornhill clinic!

I recently had the kenalog injection for hayfever, both doctor and the receptionist were brilliant. Hayley was very welcoming with a very bubbly attitude, the doctor explained in detail what the injection was and how it works. Very happy with my appointment at the clinic.

Paid £100 for a telephone appointment. The appointment was for 10:40. No call received, so I called the reception to ask what happened after 30 mins. Receptionist said I’ll get a call within 20 mins. Still no call. This happened 2 more times and after almost 2 hours after the initial appointment time I called to cancel. Poor service, didn’t even bother informing me that it’ll be delayed, instead I had to call and chase it up. Would not recommend, wasted my time.

I visited the clinic last week to have my ears syringed ...lovely friendly guys that put me at ease as I was a bit nervous...I needn't have been as it was quick and painless and the whole experience from booking to leaving was a breeze ...great service thanks guys 👍

I booked in to see a GP after having some dermatology issues. I couldn’t get an appointment with my own GP (gardenia avenue) and was forced to wait around 3 weeks. Whilst my symptoms got worse I decided to just bite the bullet and pay for a consultation (£40) prescriptions are (£10). My appointment was in the morning and I must point out this is a residential area and parking isn’t the best. I had to park down the road and walk which took 3 mins. So not bad all in all. The receptionist team were lovely they could tell I was a little nervous and apprehensive and they reassured me that I was in safe hands. Before my appointment they too my temperature and as I went into the waiting room there were wipes and alcohol gel to wash my hands and seat if I wanted to. The GP room is nice and spacious and definitely clean! The GP Dr Khanbhai was very knowledgable and patient. He took his time to listen to my concerns and explained and answered the million questions I had too. I didn’t feel rushed. I felt I was well cared for and this practice is certainly well led as it is patient focused. I would highly recommend.

AWFUL. I went in for an appointment with the dermatologist after having some major skin concerns which nothing was fixing. For the £40 I was charged I was told ‘just wash your face’ HOW RIDICULOUS! As if that’s some new information?! I expected better as I had briefly done work experience there years earlier but the quality really has gone downhill. Money doesn’t grow on trees especially for students to throw away on nothing. Very, very disappointed. Don’t waste your money, put it towards going to see a doctor that will actually help you!

In winter building was very cold with no central heating. Counter woman very loud with no politeness. For every follow up call they beg for £40. Its useless place for treatment. NHS is thousand times better than them.

Honestly could not fault the Thornhill clinic, they're efficient with their expertise and made me feel very much at ease. They did an outstanding job, whilst still engaging me in conversation as to take my mind off things. Both the doctor and his assistant were fantastic in both of these respects. I would highly recommend the Thornhill clinic not only for the reasons outlined above, but also because of the price. Everything is clearly outlined so that you know what you're paying for, and you only pay for what you need. Thorough and professional an excellent service!

So, I went here to have a minor surgery done on my hand. They have great staff and a really nice team. The doctor was so accurate and making sure I felt good and did not feel pain throughout. Everyone was really welcoming and the receptionist was really nice. It's an amazing place, you should go.

Really amazing experience. Went their for the circumcision of my baby a few months ago. The nurse on the day was amazing. Gave us a lot of assurances and put me and my wife at ease. The surgeon was very friendly and explained everything well.

I was a little nervous before the procedure, but it was a very straightforward process and Dr Kahn and his nurse were both very comforting during the operation. In and out of surgery in under an hour and the scar is neat and healthy and healing really well.

Very very pleased with my visit to this surgery. Great service from the booking process, reception team at arrival and doctor taking the time to listen. Went as I was let down by two NHS services - stating a national shortage of blood bottles ! - private is going to be the way forward in the future ( my opinion) I will be ensuring that any time that my family or I need healthcare that we visit Thornhill clinic. Would highly recommend Thornhill Clinic. Id been struggling to get an appointment at my gp and needed an urgent appointment due to an injury at work. The doctor was very thorough with his assessment, listened to me and didn’t just fob me off with a prescription. I felt really at ease with him.

My son had his surgery done today and the staff and surgeon was absolutely brilliant from the time we walked in. Checked him over at first made my son feel comfortable and aware what was going to happen (which I liked) the surgery itself was simple and good, the room was well prepared and fully equipped. Made he so comfortable while he was having the surgery as in talking to him, making him laugh. After the surgery sat in waiting room for while then to be checked again before leaving at this point they was so prepared for prescriptions (3) for my son if he needed any of them for his after care. Talked through everything. All I can say if you want a professional job done this is the place and worth every penny. The lady who done the surgery with the surgeon was brilliant (both was amazing) she is most down to earth person who is definitely a credit to the company. Thank you to all the staff especially the surgeon for an amazing job from the time I walked in to the time I left.
