Decent soft play area with ample seating and plenty of choice for food and drink. The play area is a decent size with lots of tunnels, nooks and crannies to keep things fun for the youngsters. Relatively clean and friendly staff. I had trouble with mobile signal and there was no WIFI available unfortunately.

Really spacious softplay with sections for small babies and bigger kids. My son loves it as they have a section with vehicles that they can play with, and of course the multiple slides! Very good choice of food and drink on the menu, even catering for vegans, which I think is really good! Staff are friendly too! Will definitely be back again soon! Fab weigh and play sessions on Monday,Wednesday and Friday in morning sessions for mums and babies...Nice service to have so you can check your little ones weight

Really disappointed with Xplore this morning. Been coming here a while with my kids and was due to return today but my eldest came down with S&D. I contacted them and asked if we could move our booking to next Sunday instead and got a blanket no as its less than 24 hours. Well if I knew he was going to be ill 24 hours ago then I wouldn't have booked. Absolutely ridiculous, you're basically encouraging people to bring their kids if they're ill and spreading whatever they have as you offer extremely limited flexibility.

Very large soft play area three tiers high. Consists of tunnels balance beams climbing nets and slides. There is also an area for baby's to play that has soft blocks and rings. Very spacious seating area with activities such as colouring and drawing and building blocks. There is a café here which has lots of choice, ranging from main meals, snacks sandwiches, ice cream and cakes. There is a large window with a good view. Friendly staff, reasonably priced. Top marks.

Place is okay, wouldn't rush back. No masks, no social distance, at full capacity not reduced as per website stated (all tables taken), and priced on the high side. However the facilities are good. Excellent seperation between under 4s baby area and big kids. Like the idea of help button on wall if big kids go in baby section so staff deal with the situation. Staff lovely and helpful

Excellent food and a good place to eat. Pity him serving a smile wouldn't go a miss or a nice word.

We have visited soft play yesterday and was very disappointed, this place needs deep clean. So much dirt and dust on the carpet, on the walls. It would have been a nice softplay otherwise.

Okay so my first experience a a party customer if I wasn’t 100% happy I wouldn’t have left a review! After hosting partys I wasn’t sure how I’d feel if I got someone new or who didn’t want to host I would have been able to tell, but I got Lauren and was not disappointed! Becky checked us in and greeted perfectly! Then as the party ws underway Lauren checked on us making sure juice was topped up she also got all the party bits and cake I had to take up to the party room and set up the room perfectly! Helped me take the prezzies upstairs! Got all the children off the play frame and got the children cheering and excited for lunchtime! When we were upstairs Lauren got everyone seated and lit the candles and got everyone to sing happy birthday! She managed to get everyone together too at the end of the party for photos and everyone was super impressed at how smoothly the party ran! Thank you so much Lauren and team xplore for making Patrick’s birthday fabulous!

Local place for me. It's very good overall. You book a slot so you are guaranteed a place to sit and it's not overly busy that way. Reasonable price for entry although food I thought was expensive. My son didn't have any complaints so that's the main thing.

It used to be alright here, but past few times I've been recently it's not been very good. The older kids enjoy the play equipment, but the baby area isn't really suited to babies under crawling age in comparison to other playgyms and there is a real lack of bouncers/swings and small baby toys. The toilets are also gross, the baby bin absolutely stunk, it needed disinfectant and the baby change table looked like it hasn't been cleaned in forever, had food on it 🤢 there was no kids sandwiches left when we visited on last visit (summer hols 2023) during lunch visit and I ordered a quesdillas that had literally no filling was shocking. The air conditioning is also non existent. The floors weren't clean and it needs alot of TLC cosmetically It's a shame it's going down hill really need to sort it it's becoming rundown.

Although it was a fun and different experience the 4D golf was.kore a 4D experience with really difficult golf because of that it was a fun thing to do but not something I would go back and do again

Soft play area was really good. Nice and clean and good fun for my lad. Plenty of food options at decent prices and the food we had was lovely. 4D golf was good. Could have probably done with some more interactive elements, but was good fun and a nice change from regular crazy golf.

Had a great day here with the kids. There's something for every age. The kids thoroughly enjoyed the soft play area. While the kids played myself & my friend enjoyed a drink & some cake in the cafe area which was reasonably priced & the seating area spacious. We also played golf which was again enjoyed by all. The kids got some 4D glasses which make the glow in the dark golf area look really good. Family ticket for golf was £15. Soft play was more expensive. There were funfair rides outside. Not sure if this is always there??? £10 for 10 tickets. Rides were 3 tickets per ride. Bit pricey when you have a few kids with you but overall a great day out! Will be visiting again.

Review is based on our visit to the 4D golf - Great little addition for 3£ per head if you've paid to go to laser quest. You can play the bottom searoom of the upstairs tomb. The upstairs tomb course has a few extra holes. The kids enjoyed it and we left them to it. They spent about 35 minutes completing the course (5x 12 year olds)

Always a fun day out for my little boy, not bad prices too. Cheap to enter.

I did our first session today with my 3 month old and loved it! Great facilities and friendly, knowledgeable staff - I'll absolutely be making this a weekly group to attend!

Great value for the kids / grandkids to run off some steam and a very good selection of food & drinks also . Definitely recommend booking a slot on a weekend as gets very busy but check in is very easy and lots of friendly staff to keep everything clean and tidy !

Love taking my little girl to Xplore! Love that they still have the booking system in place and the Q outside when you've booked. Always clean and staff always friendly

Really busy but still loads of room for the little ones to run round. Loads of different paths and obstacles etx also with an under 4s area. Well maintained and mostly well behaved kids. Good experience overall.

4D golf is very poor! Couple of the hole devices were broken and didn’t spit the ball out. The 3D glasses they give you really are irrelevant and do nothing much for the experience. They also just pile people in which doesn’t help as it’s very cramped on the course if there is no filtration. The exit and entrance are the same so that stops the flow too. It was cheap but overall not a great experience

4 stars for the soft play facilities. Lot's to do. -1 star for the food. Burger King's burger is 3 times superior. A few chips undercooked. I'll try something else next time, defo not a burger again.

An ok soft play, it’s not the biggest and feels quite crammed in and almost clostaphobic. Prices are ok for under ones. The baby area is ok, but it’s for under 4s. Now my son is a bit more active this works fine though. What I did like is there were help buttons you could use if the under 4s area was full of over 4s jumping around.

Xplore is operating at reduced capacity at present so it isn't too busy and feels really comfortable. The booking system and the play sessions are really well managed and the food is good too. Great service 👍

Always have a good time. Thank you. Love my Hoy chocolate.

Clearly short staffed as the lady who let us in also served me in the buffet 😀 The play areas could do with a bit of an update but nothing major. Now with limited numbers for visitors makes the place more friendly. The little miss had a fabulous time. (Decent coffee as well)

We love Xplore! We travel from Leeds (choosing not to go to numerous other soft play centres that are nearer to us) just to go to Xplore with our little boy. We find the cleaning regime really comforting and reassuring and the team clearly make the effort to complete a full clean down between each session- they can be seen doing so whilst waiting for your session. I feel parents could make better decisions (e.g not taking coffees into the soft play areas) however this is no reflection on the team at Xplore and most of the customers. We will return time and time again for a lovely play session!
