Ordered two items for click and collect. I went to collect them and was directed to the desk, only for numerous members of staff (including what looked like a senior manager) completely ignore me and continue their chats. It was only after 7 minutes of waiting, when I politely asked if there was someone available to help, a very huffy girl came over and got my order. She was rude, lacked customer service and quite frankly looked like she would rather have been anywhere but serving a customer on a Sunday afternoon. Won't be rushing back...

A massive big thank you to the wonderful staff at Drakehouse who looked after my 9 year old granddaughter Lily, when she passed out whilst we were shopping there. You were fantastic the way you cared for her and made sure that she was okay. It was lovely to know that you also looked after her mum and myself in such a very bad situation for us. Also, what a very kind gesture to give her a cuddly unicorn, that she had been looking at earlier. She hasn’t let it go since you gave it to her and loves it to pieces. My daughter is autistic and one of her things is to just walk round the shop occasionally stopping to play with a toy. We must have looked quite suspicious at first but I explained to the staff and they were fantastic about it. It is a lovely place to go and there is always something new to see. Very clean and very disabled friendly thank you.

I bought a Safety 1st baby gate from Smyths at Drakehouse, it was so complicated to assemble and it transpired 2 vital nuts were missing. Returning the product to the store I was informed that because it was a child safely product it was Smyths policy not to give a refund! I am therefore expected to use a child SAFETY gate that is unsafe.

Got everything you need, not bad prices, easy access

Love this place. Always staff around to help if needed and nice and friendly. Every toy/game you can imagine is available here (well I have always found things I need here) Great game consoles, games, chairs and equipment available too and it also has its own section for baby items too including prams, cots and all that. A fave place to go for us. Highly recommend it.

Well stocked, decent prices and friendly staff

Lovely clean toy shop with a big variety of toys to choose from. We personally go for the toddler toys and the Pokémon and are never disappointed. The staff are also nice and friendly, overall it’s always a positive experience

should get 0 stars tbh, manager stood at front telling me an almost 18 year old my sister a 14 year old and my brother a 12 year old we can’t come in if we aren’t with a parent, stereotyping should be stopped! and not to add that i am autistic. ohhhh yeah and then pointing at me and talking to another employee whilst im walking out get gone

pre ordered a bed in January for April. Still no bed still no update and there phone is on to forward every person ringing. been ringing for two weeks still no answer. guessing they don't like customers. wouldn't bother at all

Absolute shambles! Went to take a child’s tablet back which was never used as it was the worst tablet I’ve ever come across!!! The managers customer service wasn’t up to my standers! Don’t buy the child’s tablets from here!

It's a toy store, there's shelfs full of toys that you can buy. So yeah 5 stars

Walked in with my mate and to buy a PlayStation game and someone was stood at the door. He started shouting at us saying no messing and prettymuch telling us to get out. He was very rude and being unwelcoming. I walked straight back out as I'm not buying from a shop with employees like that. Only because I'm a teenager doesn't mean I'm going to mess around like some of them. I wasn't intimidating or causing any harm but when you walk into a shop you don't expect to get shouted at by staff.

Went into store to get a pram system Millie and David was an amazing help could not praise them both enough, helped put the car seat system into the car. Great customer service!
