Good location though limited parking. Friendly staff, good, quick service. There is also the option of a self service order menu. A little bit pricey but the food does taste great. Plenty of seating, clean. Toilets

Fantastic Espresso, a lot better than I expected. Great range of doughnuts, cakes, cookies. A great space, beautifully lit. Staff are really friendly and helpful. 10/10, come and visit.

I want to leave a review regarding an employee - Jack who was working at Broughton Lane, Sheffield branch today (27th Jan) We came in at 1:10pm and there was a queue, we had to wait to get served quite a while, but Jack, who was on his own, remained calm and unflusted, he was extremely polite and was calm under pressure, it was a pleasure to be served by him - Thank you Jack

Greeted by Oliver the manager and was treated as a VIP! You know you are getting a good donut when you come here, Oliver was welcoming, helpful and wanted to deliver a great service which makes a big difference! Only reason I did not give it 5 stars is that it is a little more dear then other establishments but overall good experience.

You've got to love Dunkin! £2.50 is a breakfast deal, any coffee and a donut. Really friendly store and a great place to work.if you are heading for a meeting in Sheffield and have an hour or so to spare.

Had a really great experience. This was my first time in this branch. And i felt very welcome. Tegan was an amazing person. She was not annoyed by our indecisiveness whatsoever and helped us choose the best donut and coffee. We felt really comfortable. Would love to be back, because of her.

Came In with the kids as a little Halloween treat. Oliver behind the counter was excellent at helping us as my wife don’t like coffee and my sons don’t have chocolate so helping us telling us what was best. Said if the drink wasn’t nice he’d just swap it. Harley was there to taking the order and helping out. Was really good and all was clean, including the toilets and baby change.

Afternoon on a holiday weekday and there was only one person serving, I felt so sorry for the girl as the line started to get bigger. We had to order hot chocolate as they ran out of coffee beans. When we got the hot chocolate, it was warm at best. The glazed munchkins that I got tasted nice though.

Impossible to actually order! Went in on a quiet Sunday afternoon. 2 people in a queue already awaiting their orders. After 10 minutes of standing there a lady ahead of me said that she was waiting for a very long time. Another 5 minutes passed and the staff member finally acknowledged that people are waiting...he was busy making coffees very very very slowly (idk...maybe growing damn coffee beans there?). Observing someone making simple drinks for 15 minutes in a slow motion made me go elsewhere.

Donuts and coffee range are excellent!! However, our visit today was not good. It was around 13:30 and busy, a constant flow of customers. We waittied 10 minutes for our order, as there was only one member of staff on. I am in no way saying the staff member was not brilliant at her job and did try to work as quickly as possible, I would ask management to manage your rotas better, as leaving one member of staff to work during a busy Saturday lunchtime is not acceptable, letting the reputation of Dunkin Donuts down. Again, not having a go at the poor girl trying her best.

Hello. Parking can get business here as they are more than one business in this area which is like small retail park. The entrance is good and need person to hold the door for wheelchair or pram. You can order on screen or go to till and pay by cash. The staff are excellent and customer service is brilliant. The store is clean and menus is bit hard to understand and deal and time are not easy understandable. The size of large drink is good and beat any other shop large. I have been here once with a friend but have started come every day. If the price were bit cheaper I would visit 3 times a day.

Went there this morning. It was sad to see only one staff member working. Bless him. He was so rushed because the shop was full. Even one other customer pointed out the lack of staff. The poor fella deserves a raise 👏

I went on a Tuesday evening and everything was sold out.... so I returned on WOW Wednesday (all donuts were a pound) and picked up some really tasty treats... Awesome 🍩. Nice staff too from the Hillsborough branch.

Nice place near Sheffield Arena. It was very quiet when I was there. Nice seating area. A star knocked off because they don't do decaf coffee.

It my first time here at Dunkin’ yesterday afternoon, and I was served by a lovely young lady Diana I think her name was and the service was fast and I want her number because she was very beautiful and kind.

My first but most certainly not my last. Staff were very attentive and welcoming. Donuts were so moreish. Not sure if there was a drink and donut deal but this would encourage me to return soon. Thanks to the two staff today 🙌

Tejan was the most welcoming member of staff and looked after us very well. She made sure that the donuts we wanted would be the best donuts for us by engaging with us and asking us questions. She had a welcoming smile and I am 100% going to come back to the place. And the manager Oliver was very kind.

Went to dunkin donuts Broughton Lane in Sheffield this morning (9/11/23) and had a fantastic experience. Really clean place, great wifi and absolutely fantastic customer service by Jack. To top it off, had some fantastic coffee..happy days :)

Went to Dunkin Donuts yesterday with my father on his birthday. We were served by Amy and had the most pleasant experience because of her. She provided fantastic service and made me and my dad feel very welcome. Such a hard working and friendly girl! Will definitely be coming back to this Dunkin after this 😊
