Fare was £1, kids loved it, and they do take card payments.

We took our grandson here. He didn't want to go home. This is a great experience for all ages. It's worth a visit. We'll definitely be going back. The staff were very friendly.

Granddaughter loved the train ride, great set of people running it, it was blumin freezing, but they were there to provide brilliant service.

!Great Miniature railway! Runs every Sunday afternoon through the summer and often Weather permitting in Winter. Operated by local enthusiastic volunteers perusing their hobby of building Steam locomotives. ENJOY :-)

I wonder how they created it at indoor. Loved and my kid enjoyed a lot and twice or thrice a week my kid wants to be there.

Thorns Park tripping hazards in children's Play area my husband fell & damaged mussels in his shoulder & side bruised his nose he went to A & E after seeing his own Doctor so take care . There hard to see with the leaves. We have heard that Wakefield Council /parks have removed the tripping hazards my husband recieved an email saying that they have been removed not seen it ourselves yet But hopefully it is now safe .
