Natasha was fantastic in sorting out the coffee machine for our vape shop, the customer service was fantastic from start to finish and they have serviced and supplied out machine for 4 years now. Fantastic service, smooth and good communication too!

Amazing supplier for coffee! All of the staff are lovely and really keen to help. The coffee is REALLY good as are all of the syrups and other drinks range that they have to offer. They have been particularly helpful for our small business by offering free training and giving us tasting sessions of their frappe range to help us decide if the products would be right for our cafe before buying. Would highly recommend Leodis to any business seeking a coffee supplier.

Ordered some coffee and other stuff from here, it all arrived when they said it would great quality products. I think the young girls name was Lorraine! Very professional yet funny too Can't wait to order again.

I visited Leodis Ltd in person today and made my first purchase of coffee and hot chocolate. Extremely polite and knowledgeable staff. All of which had time for a chat. I made a purchase of the Deli blend and Burundi blend coffee and the dark hot chocolate. Just trying the Deli blend and find it to be full flavoured and a pleasantly nutty taste throughout. An excellent coffee, and I can understand why it has already received two awards. Altogether a great experience. And I am glad to have founda great local company too.

Happen to notice this place whilst driving past and thought I’d pop my head in to see what it was like. I was greeted by some really nice people. Even though they were busy they all took their time out to chat. Ended up buying two bags of coffee after Dominic kindly pulled me a shot of espresso to see how it tasted. Really good coffee by the way! I used to get my beans from another UK company but now I will be using these guys from now on. Really pleased I’ve come across them 😄

Purchased a fab coffee machine from these guys, super fast delivery and fitting. Really good prices too. Incredible Tasting Coffee every time - so far I’ve tried the Deli, Colombiana, Burundi & Mexican. The flavour profiles are all so different! I love using Leodis Coffee for both Hot Coffees and my Cold Brews.

Bought a coffee machine from here and apparently the one I wanted was a cheaper machine than the one I paid for so I was promised a partial refund, I had to chase up on the delivery as it was taking a few extra weeks to come and was never informed of that, I reminded them about the refund and they said I would receive it after delivery but that never happened so I sent them an email which was ignored, I still haven't received the refund. After about 2 weeks of having the machine it stopped pumping water, I rang them and was told I would be put on a call waiting list and that was nearly 4 weeks ago now, I've heard absolutely nothing back from them, I've since had to pay to have the brand new machine fixed as I need it for my business. I would never recommend this company, from start to finish I've had problems, they will not issue partial refunds promised and you will effectively have no warranty.

Just had a new coffee machine installed in our office for staff. The sign and set up was easy, their staff are personable, easy to deal with and the products are lovely.

Had a number of bags of beans and all high quality and tasty. Will definitely be using again.

Have just started using Leodis Coffee and I have to say I am very impressed with thier service. One of thier representatives visited my place to assist with deciding the most appropriate blend of coffee etc. I raised my first order for collection as it was a small order. Everything was ready for collection at the agreed time and Wayne helped me whilst onsite. Leodis have also contacted me prior to the holidays to make sure I have sufficient products to cover the holiday period when they ared close. Excellent service.

Leodis coffee is the best coffee I have ever had, the deli blend is my favourite.
