Excellent place to update your passport, everything done for you, staff very polite, More so shop in The Mall, Blackburn

Best place to go to take your passport photos also help you submit your application for renewal passport and new application passports too. I advise to call store beforehand and ask what documents you need to bring just in case they are needed when submitting your application. Staff were really helpful and submitting the form online is done in minutes.

The photographer (Alex) was very helpful taking a great picture of my daughter for the passport thanks.

I asked them could they do me a canvas I you'd them the measurements they never asked what depth, once home realized it was much deeper than the others on my wall so went back to ask if they could rectify the situation NO was the answer so 47 pounds wasted,

I visited the store to have a photo printed, enlarged from my phone and also framed. The photo that I had printed off had a black line on it from a mistaken edit (entirely my mistake) therefore I needed to return to the store and have it reprinted correctly. The bloke who served me couldn’t have been more helpful. Brilliant service and professionalism. I would recommend to anybody…..and thank you again.

bad experience I came with a baby for an ID photo, the baby was crying rather than help me the photographer preferred to cover her ears! and just told me to go home to take my baby's picture and we'll see!
