Clean, professional and friendly, what more could you ask for…?! I’m having implants and some new teeth, the whole process so far has been mapped out and explained in full, as has the process and associated costs. Some of the technology they use is amazing..! I would highly recommend….!

Excellent service from everyone at the surgery from the first consultation to the final fitting. I was well informed throughout the full process and all appointments arranged to meet my busy schedule. I am really pleased with the final result - with the teeth looking very natural. This is my perfect dentist, i needed a tooth extracting and was so nervous about the needle, from walking through the door to having my tooth out was no need to worry, the receptionist were so nice the dentist put my mind at ease and talked tho everything I never felt any pain and felt so calm thanks to them I'm happy to go back without being scared

I have just completed implant treatment by Rob Finch over the course of several months. I am very happy with the outcome and would definitely recommend Rob to others. He gave me all the information and advice I needed or requested at every stage and has been thoroughly professional but friendly and approachable throughout.

The receptionist is incredibly rude. The only reason I go to this dentist is because my boy are registered there. If I had choice I would take my boys else where. Maybe some customer service training wouldn’t go a miss. 22nd November 2023. The day after I left my review. I get a call from Westwood park dental practice Brighouse. I was told that because I have left a bad review my children are no longer welcome at the dental practice!! Unbelievable!!!😡 Reasoning is and I quote. “ I have gone about my grievance the wrong way” Because your child has had missed appointment in the past, we are now canceling his appointment for December and any future appointment for both children. She also went on to threaten me with safe guarding because of the missed appointment. Quite frankly I would not go back to this practice if you payed me! Shame because the dentist is lovely. Shame they employ rude unprofessional receptionist!

Very happy with the friendliness, care and expertise of staff - a lot less traumatic than I thought it might be! They have done an excellent job of my implants - like new!

Got an appointment here after 3 years of not seeing a dentist. Im usually really nervous at the dentist the lady i saw and who treated me was brilliant and nothing but reassuring. Calming my nerves and explaining everything to me. 10/10 recommend not nervous at all for my next visit

I cannot praise West Park Dental Practice highly enough. The receptionists are polite and efficient and the dentist whom I saw (Bronwen) was professional and sympathetic to my needs with regards to any treatment I may need in the future. Attended the practice on Monday evening after work, after a long gruelling Monday the last place I would put myself would be the dentist and I did consider to cancel last minute and just go home. However, at West Park I was welcomed with two smiling faces on reception (Estelle & Ella), both made conversation with me and made me feel comfortable right away and they had all the information regarding my appointment. Given some previous experiences at my old dental practice I was expecting a long wait but sure enough like clockwork, 1minute before my time slot, another smiling face (Claire) called my name for the appointment. Again, made conversation with me and gave me information regarding the appointment. As for the the appointment with the dentist (Rob) - very efficient, I wont go into details of the appointment but very swift and informative, I left knowing what happens next and where I stand with things. Excellent service. Back at reception my payment was collected and next appointment booked in accordingly and efficiently. Overall, West Park Dental Practice have shocked me with how welcoming and efficient they are with their work. Everyone was kind and happy to be there and to help not just me but every patient. I will certainly not be having any last minute thoughts about cancelling an appointment in future and cant wait to be back. 5 Stars all round.

Had to have root canal treatment due to a broken tooth. The reception staff are always welcoming and friendly. Dental team are also really friendly, everything was explained clearly during treatment, no pain, no discomfort and my teeth now feel amazing. Thank you!

I turned up a bit late because of traffic and the ladies there were brilliant. Didn’t mind at all. I’m a bit nervous at the dentist but they made me feel comfortable.

Wonderful and caring staff. Extremely helpful ,friendly and understanding of my needs. I do not like the dental experience and get extremely nervous, but everyone put me at ease. I had 2 inplants which im more than happy with the result. The hygenist was so gentle and careful.I would 100% recommend this dental practice and use again.

I’ve had quite a few treatments done over the years by the West Park Dental team & I’ve always had the best care each & every time I’ve been. Aleema is amazing. She’s so lovely & reassuring, so gentle and always wears her happiest smile. The receptionists are warm, friendly & welcoming too. They are all a lovely bunch of people and I highly rate them all. I visited West Park dental practice today. Once I entered the premises I was greeted with a welcoming smile from one of their receptionist Esthelle. This place always has a calm atmosphere which wipes away any apprehensive feelings I may of felt. The hygienist Sam always does an amazing job , she’s very reassuring & talks through all she is doing as she cleans your teeth leaving no stone unturned! She is very friendly, honest & professional as is Rob my dentist,. My checkups with Rob are once again very thorough & his friendly personality has you at ease once you sit on the chair. Rob has looked after my teeth for many years & a couple of years ago he did a lot cosmetic dentistry for me which has given me much more confidence not to mention a smile I am now proud of. I find it important to go for regular checkups with him. A true professional, excellent at his job. I would highly recommend this practice & its compassionate friendly staff. Yaz

My husband, Jim, has been in terrible pain for two months, waiting for an NHS appointment at a dental Hospital Huddersfield, which didn’t happen. Luckily, he was able to get in touch with temple dentistry, who had treated him before in lockdown. They saw him within a week and took two teeth out. Infected teeth. We can’t thank them enough, not only for the excellent service provided speedily, but also the professional manner in which it was carried out. Jim would highly recommend this practice.

I had my 3rd or 4th appointment today and every time I’ve been the receptionists are always friendly, give a smile and see to you quickly. I’ve seen different dentists since coming here and each one has been friendly and just overall great in every possible way. My first appointment in 2022 gave a brilliant first impression of this dental practice. After not being able to see a dentist for regular check ups for 2 years it turned out I needed a filling which was a first for me as I’d never had any type of work done before. The dentist and her assistant who did it were comforting and had patience with me as I had a lot of anxiety at the start but that soon faded. The dentist told me what she was going to do next and showed me the tools she’d be using beforehand so I wasn’t in the dark about anything at all. I also like how when you get a reminder text you also get a link to a form to fill out if anything on the medical side of things needs updating so you know things will always be up to date in time for your appointment.

I have been going to West Park Dental Practice for about 3 years now and in that time have had a root canal done, a replacement crown and a couple of fillings aside from the usual check ups and hygienist visits. I have been very pleased with the dental work done by WPDP, particularly Paul Morris. He’s knowledgable, conscientious, takes his time and is a pleasure to deal with. The crown I had fitted is much better in terms of visual appearance than my last; it much more closely resembles the equivalent tooth at the other side and the colour match is perfect. That’s particularly important when it’s at the front and visible to everyone. Sam Bembridge does a great job ensuring my teeth and gums are properly clean too; you always feel much better when they’ve been done. I have read comments that they aren’t cheap and that’s quite true, but I do feel you are paying for quality dentistry and the results justify the price you pay. Work done properly lasts longer too, so again, you’re getting what you pay for. Everyone at WPDP is friendly and helpful and it’s easy to book an appointment. I would highly recommend this dental practice.
