Working in the area and had meetings from my hotel room most of one day. I needed something close by and simple so I could get back to the meetings. Food was good, decent prices but not great for just lunch. Overall, not disappointed. I had the mushroom-seiss burger and handcut fries. Decent choice. A man who appeared to be either the owner or a franchise manager was there and was personally taking food to the tables. It's hard to find employees with Covid so it was refreshing to see.this man personally supporting the business. Overall, a decent choice if you are looking for a burger.

The Bacon Cheese Burger, A Wonder Burger and Hand-Cut Idaho Fries are the best. Along with their fresh Sweet Tea. My Aunt love their Vegan Burgers. Great fast food restaurant for burgers and fries along with shake.

Pretty good burgers. Kind of pricey. Was $22 for two burgers, no fries and no drink. Staff were nice. Food came out pretty fast.

Nasty place, like dirty and stinky, floors were sticky and it smelt like rancid oil. But the best part was the rotten potato’s used for the fries and to top it off my burger was burnt. Sad cause I used to like Mooyah! Hopefully it’s just this location is terrible and the whole chain hasn’t gone down hill like this!

$35 for 2 burgers and fries and my car smells like sewerage. The manager said he changed the grease 2 hours ago. Okay 👍 I could not eat it but I didn't request a refund because that's a small price to pay to never return again.

Placed an order for 3 ppl. 2 burgers & a kids hot dog meal. Burgers were great. Kids hot dog, although had good flavor was too salty!!! Had friendly service. The place was clean and tidy. However, there is a serious ventilation issue over the grill. The smoke from the grill was filling the dining area. We ended with a party of 8 ppl at our table and we all had clothes that reeked of smoke, itchy eyes, smoke filled nose complaints and you could see the "smokiness" in the dining hall. Please check the ventilation to allow a more pleasant eating experience. Please reduce the amount of salt in a kids hot dog. That much salt in so unhealthy. Keep up the cleanliness and friendly service!!

I have been trying to eat healthy but decided I wanted a big juicy burger for lunch. This wasn't it. It was like a McDonald's happy meal size. Only it cost about 5 times as much. But it was as bland and tasteless. I must have literally got the bottom of the barrel of fries. Not a single fry was longer than a half inch and they were chewy and cold. I tried to get the attention of the person delivering food. But she never looked my way. Then I thought I would take the meal back to the counter. But the line was too long to let cold, get colder. I chewed on part of the meal and trashed the rest. Very disappointing

This place used to be a nice place to eat with family. My hubby and I brought our 1yr old to eat here. The room was dark and no one was up front. A man said someone would be with us, and 5 minutes later a woman came out the back cursing and rolled her eyes. We looked at each other in the EMPTY restaurant, let the two guys behind us go ahead, and we left. We went and found a different place to eat. Sad to see this place die it used to be nice. Rip

I ordered online but kept getting an error message so when I got to the restaurant I asked them if they had my order and they said no. So I said OK, no big deal I’ll go ahead and place an order. The cashier walked away but she was turning a couple pieces of chicken on the grill so I thought she just needs to turn that chicken so it doesn’t burn and then she’ll be back. There were two other ladies there. One seemed to be a cook and the other seem to be a manager. So then the cashier walks out of the back area to take some food to someone at a table and then whips out her phone and starts talking to this woman about something on her phone. The manager, who is leaning against the counter, asked me if I need to place an order and I say yes. So instead of taking my order, she turns around and looks at the woman who has walked away in the middle of her shift, and tells her to come back and take my order. The woman out in the lobby just continues to talk to her friend. So I wait, wait, wait, and after like 10 minutes of waiting the manager, who is still leaning against the counter, nor the cashier, nor the chef, never take my order. So I gave up and walked out the door in tears. Apparently I was not good enough to eat at this greasy pit. That’s OK we had a lovely meal at the hamburger place across the street.

Mrs V was an angel sent from heaven. She made sure we had the best experience possible. The food was insanely delicious. Juicy delectable burger with juicy meat and a fresh soft bun. I will be coming back here very often!

Food is delicious when you eat there, but they ALWAYS mess up to-go orders. If you don't check your bag, you WILL be missing any extras that you may have ordered. I've also gotten a completely wrong burger on more than one occasion. I don't have the patience to unpack and unwrap a burger to make sure it is correct before leaving. The employees need to do better. This is why I've stopped going to this location.

This place is very pricey. I do not feel the food is worth the price. The burger did have good flavor but still wasn’t good enough for the $27 we paid for 2 burgers (no fries), a small shake and a drink. I won’t be back. Staff was friendly though.

Ordered Waitr from this location. Got 2 combos that SHOULD have come with 2 drinks. The Waitr driver even asked the person she picked the food up from if there were any drinks and was told NO. The driver called the restaurant to see how they wanted to handle it. The employee asked to talk to me. She then insinuated that I was lying about ordering drinks. She then told me if I wanted my drinks (THAT I PAID FOR AND PAID TO HAVE DELIVERED) that I could drive to the restaurant, bring my receipt and get them. I asked to speak to a manager because of the rude way she was talking to me. She put the phone down and never came back to the phone. I waited for ten minutes and then gave up. This one star review is not the missing drinks. Its about the poor quality of employees this location has working for them.

I work nearby and gave it a shot. Went with the gift card and free burger deal. Dow loaded the app and will get free fries too. So all that and I got the swiss mushroom but pepper jack instead. Quality burger, good size , not overly greasy, staff was friendly.

Mia Robinson took my order she was absolutely amazing and definitely deserves a pay raise…. I order the queso with fries and everything has hot and delicious!!! The atmosphere was very comforting, played music that anyone would like. Definitely will be visiting again

With places like these it’s a hit or miss.. you never know if the food will be good or bad… we went one time in Orlando and it was soooo good. Then we went to several locations back home in Baton Rouge and it was so disappointing. I don’t know if it was because of the staff or they just had a slow day. The food could barely be eaten because it was cold and not properly made(the way it was described on the menu) they were out of things…. The floors were sticky and the tables were bussed but literally every table we tried to sit at was crummy or had some kind sauce like ketchup or mustard or something on it. 😕 we have never returned since even tho I have the app and my mouth is watering when I think about the burgers… I wish they would really hire better staff…

Food was mediocre at best, but was borderline soggy and no flavor at all to the food. Cashier was not proficient with ringing up the order. The restaurant in general was filthy. Dust and moldy water spots on ceiling. Dust over kitchen area. No towels in restroom,no sanitizer at station. I was really disappointed, I hadn't been here in a couple of years. This place has went downhill drastically. Only redemption was we was the only customers. I will not return to this location.

The burger was pretty good, fries and cheese sauce were good. The homemade chips were delicious as well. However, when a customer says they want a burger, fries, drink…the employee should understand that’s a combo (which is a slightly cheaper price). Instead, she rang it all up separately. Yeah, we are talking just change but that’s MY change and it adds up. The atmosphere? It’s trying too hard to be a sports bar. Nobody was even there but us, all the tv screens were unwatched and kinda pointless and loud.

Burger and service was great! Very interesting buns... Would've given more stars if the fries were crispy 😅

The manager came by and asked how my food was. I hesitated when I said ok and he knew something wasn't right. I explained the problem and he fixed it immediately and very courteously. Great customer service in a world where no one seems to care anymore.
