ZoomCare is so much faster, more efficient, and compassionate than any traditional Dr’s office I have ever been to. I was able to get a same day appt today, to have a complex test run and was out in under 15 minutes. The provider was kind and knowledgeable and shared initial findings of my test in the moment rather than making me wait for the full report. So appreciative.

Appointment was on time. Medical staff was very knowledgeable and kind. Seriously wonderful bedside manner. Thorough diagnosis process. Transparent about insurance and costs and worked with our payment methods. Highly recommend when you need last minute health care.

I was referred for further evaluation from a regular zoom urgent care. I was immediately taken back to a nice, private room. The provider took a thorough history, discussed different tests, possible diagnosis and was kind and empathetic throughout. I had several tests run and every single person that came into my room to care for me was kind and professional. It was hospital level care in a nice, calm environment with each person taking their time and providing excellent care. I had no idea this was available in an urgent care and I'm blown away by the experience I had here. Thank you for your compassion and working to ensure I got a diagnosis and a treatment plan.

Best urgent care experience I’ve ever had. Every member of staff was on the ball, kind and helpful. The only wait I had was when I waited for my bloodwork to come back, and that was only 20 minutes. The pricing was super transparent and they had someone come and show me all of the costs before I consented to any procedures so I felt comfortable getting the care I needed.

I was able to get a same-day appointment with imaging and labs. Dr. Grimsley, Maria, and Maya were excellent with their care. The assistants, whose names I didn’t catch, were skilled and efficient.

This staff is outstanding. I was in and out with a bunch of lab work and CT scan within two hours. No real appointment other than a quick consult. Everyone is professional, kind, competent. I'm so happy I chose them over a big hospital for this same day test I needed.

I came here in pain with what turned out to be a CSF leak (a spinal fluid leak). The only hope of diagnosing here would have perhaps been to administer contrast dye in a scan. The doctor refused to give the dye because I am allergic to shellfish. Not only was this link disproven by studies years ago, but I explained to them that I take an Iodine supplement and am not allergic to it. They still declined. I ended up spending 8 weeks...EIGHT WEEKS on bedrest getting better on my own, because once I had a name for the issue from this place I discovered online how difficult it is to treat. They did give me a referral to see a neurologist at 2 other places, both were booked up for months. I eventually got my scan 8 months after the original issue. Both the neurologist and the MRI vendor were shocked when I explained I hadn't been given dye due to shellfish allergy. They both confirmed there's no reason that should have been the case.

Although I did not have an appt., I was seen quickly. The staff and doctor were kind and knowledgeable. The clinic itself is very nice and clean. (I got two stitches from a knife cut. And was sent home with stuff to take care of the wound.) Thanks!

I have been to this facility twice and it's been by far that best experience I have had with medical staff perhaps ever. They are kind, patient and also quick. I saw a different doctor each time and both took the time to understand why I was concerned and come up with a plan together rather than just writing off my worries as being overly-cautious.

Avoid this location. The Lloyd center one is MUCH better. We have used the Lloyd center location numerous times and have had nothing but terrific experiences. This place is understaffed and the employees are not well trained. I have never experienced such poor service from zoomcare. They tried to call us at 3:29 to cancel our appointment that was at 3:30! We drove a half an hour to get here. Very unprofessional.

Don’t normally write reviews but was completely blown away by how positive my experience was today with Dr Christy. Got a very last minute appt after suffering from bad food poisoning - I was treated with such kindness and respect by every person I came in contact with. They talked me through everything and even brought three warm blankets to keep me warm during my IV. My room was completely private, they checked on me every so often to see how I was doing and turned the lights off so I could rest. 1000% recommend.

Incredible fast debrieding of my sons gravelly road rash from a bike accident. He is 12 and was scared and in pain but the staff and doctor was amazing - very compassionate patient and kind. So grateful for doctors like this!!!

Zoom care Super is a super amazing urgent care with phenomenal service. Dr Swanniger and her team took such good care of me and patched me up back to good health. Huge Thank you for taking care of me.

Everybody was absolutely amazing. These people get down to the root of the problem. They truly care and want to figure it out for the patient’s well-being. I am beyond thankful for the staff that worked today and took care of me. Maureen is one of the most compassionate people I’ve met. Excellent experience. Staff at the front desk are friendly and helpful! (Sorry I don’t remember their names). My provider was Lauren Small, PA-C. She was amazing! She really took time with me as I explained my symptoms and concerns. She is knowledgeable and great bedside manner. I would highly recommend! If you don’t have insurance they will help with a payment plan. Thank you ZoomCare staff!

Everyone was so compassionate and kind throughout my experience. Informal, easy to work with staff and doctors (I really enjoyed working with Dr. Alex and radiologist Maria). I had a weird issue where my veins were super hard to find and they were amazing working through a tough situation. Really appreciate all the communication and thoughtfulness in this process. Highly recommend coming here! It’s a great clinic but the staff are what make the experience awesome!

Absolutely amazing experience. Such kind staff. Truly caring and patient with my son. All his tests and treatments handled with such care and kindness. The doctor was one of the very best I’ve had in an emergency setting. An ER experience can be so overwhelming, but this felt comforting. So glad I brought my son here.

Very kind, patient staff who take your thoughts into consideration and listen to everything you say. They explained everything they were doing and let me choose my preferences. They were phenomenal and their care is the best I’ve ever received. Quick, efficient, and caring. My doctor even came to hold my hand while they were taking blood; I couldn’t have dreamed of better care

This was a top notch experience, from the cleanliness, to the doctors. I had gone to 3 regular urgent cares and the wait times were 4+ hours, so I was very glad to get an appointment the same day with ZoomCare. I was very impressed with Maureen Bailey, PA, she was attentive, helpful, and thoughtful. She solved more problems than I came in for! She took her time and listened to everything I had to say. I will definitely come back in the future for my urgent care needs. Keep up the good work!

The facility is so clean and updated. The ability to make an appointment makes the fact that I paid out of pocket completely worth it. It was also exceptionally affordable even though my insurance wouldn’t help. I had an exam, CT, radiographs, bloodwork, treatments and discharges in 2.5 hours. The doctor was beyond wonderful and really truly listened. The other support staff was so kind and compassionate and friendly. We got our answers and didn’t spend all day in an ER waiting room listening to its horrors. I can’t recommend ZoomCare enough. I will always choose them if I ever need another emergency trip.

Every staff member I encountered was top notch. Dr. McCollum explained everything and was very thorough addressing my concerns. The office is spacious, clean and all staff made you feel like they cared. I’m also a health care provider and tend to be critical about patient care. Top Notch

So thankful for this location. I've been sick for 9 days. They were all so sweet and caring. I would go here vs. anywhere else moving forward. With all the equipment, and modern style, I felt as though I was in a much larger hospital. I left after many tests and finally feel better and relieved.

Very nice staff from start to finish. My doctor was kind, explained everything very well and he did a wonderful job taking good care of me. I was in-and-out in 1-hr without an appointment, on a holiday weekend. I highly recommend this Zoom Care location!

After a Sunday afternoon visit to my regular Zoom in Cedar Hills (THANK YOU!), the doc thought a chest X-ray was in order to rule out pneumonia. I was able to leave the office and go directly to the ZoomCare Super (with option to wait until morning for a slot in the closest) and was quickly in and out of imaging with the help of a fantastic desk rep and efficient imaging consultant. They clearly explained how the results would arrive the next day. I rarely need a doctor, but when I do it seems it’s off hours of my general practitioner and I’m relieved to know I will always be cared for so well at Zoom!
