Future tenants: Pay attention to who is writing the reviews. Most of the positive reviews are owners of the homes they are renting out. You know why? She will take a HUGE deposit and keep the majority even with no reason to. It's crazy how responsive this company is when they want you in the house, when they want you to pay the HUGE deposit (over $3k) and then when you move out, you literally cant get a hold of anyone! It took me weeks of calling before her assistant would get back to me. I still havent heard from Tiana and we've been moved out for 2 months. You will have to HOUND them to get your money and even then, not even get half of your deposit... even when you only lived in the rental for a couple months!! (we paid more for a month to month lease) Her assistant made promises to us that Tiana DID NOT keep. This company is very poorly managed and they do not care about tenants. We had some issues in the house and they also never fixed them.

Have loved working with Tianas assistant....Wouldnt reccomend Tiana to anyone ever.....miss our old landlord so much.......just want to live in peace and be happy anyone who would like proof she is harassing or lying about two old women fighting cancer pls feel free to contact me....she is harassing others as well and they have contacted me pls just look out of 23 reviews 12 are bad and tell who this woman...term uses loosely...is......I just got out intensive care and she will not leave us alone for having 2 service registered dogs.....its state law but she says that's a lie....wants to come back in my home when she was already here or will fine us...now will evict us for my dogs...pls find me on Facebook if you need help I have a lawyer involved and ready if needed. Also states her reply that she is my owner.....my owner is a very kind lady that has not bothered us in years...she is learning who she hired to manage her home as of now. Now she is still harassing ..ive had to get a lawyer and she posted an eviction....lies and slander all over about us...i have proof and cant wait to see a judge...this woman is pure evil

Tiana and the team at Welcome Home Rentals were absolutely amazing as our property manager. My wife and I did not have to worry about anything. They quickly and cost efficiently completed any and all maintenance required while keeping us informed. We originally went with a slightly cheaper property manager but were extremely disappointed in their (lack of) service. Moving to Welcome Home Rentals put us at ease right away and we never had any issues. I highly recommend using their services for any property manager needs.

Rented a house from them for 3 years, never had any issues. They were respectful to tenants rights, when a tree impaled our roof after a storm they were quick to hire a company to come out and fix it. When we moved out we even got a portion of our security deposit back! (I always heard that landlords would try to make bogus charges so they don't have to return it so it was a pleasant surprise!) All in all I would recommend them to anyone looking for a new residence.

Worst experience with property management EVER. Advertises compassion, transparency & integrity which is a joke. 17 days without a working refrigerator. How is that ok??

Application fee was on the expensive side ($60 non refundable) and it took them 2 weeks to get back to us, only for them to double what our damage deposit would be and then ask for our decision in less than 24 hours. Would not recommend…

Welcome Homes Propert Management was an absolute nightmare to have as our COA management company. Tiana was extremely rude and very unprofessional. She charged our COA for a month of work and still hasn’t finished the transition process. We had them for almost a year until she gave us her notice. She then charged us for a month of services and still hasn’t finished the transition process. We have no record of any meeting minutes because she still hasn’t given the new management company all of our meeting minutes for the entire time she was managing our COA. Definitely do not recommend her company.
