A very nice spacious dining space and the outdoor seating is pretty neat too! The service was accommodating and they were kind to exchange one of our meals for free as it was different from what we ordered. I love the tomato soup and Panera and this outlet did it just right too!

This is the WORST Panera I have ever visited. First of all, we (my mom and I) walked in and were "greeted" by kiosks, not people. We went ahead and ordered our bagels, and the computer told us it would text us when our order would be ready. We sat and waited in the freezer-like environment talking about how we preferred the other Panera in Wabash Valley, where we would actually TALK to people. Then, I finally went up to the front desk to ask one of the servers if our order was ready. There was a brief scuffle of someone saying, "No, I can't help him, I'm busy!" (They said this as they were looking me in the face) And then a response of, "*sigh* I'll do it." After talking with the gentleman, I learned that our order hadn't even been started yet! I relayed this info to my mom and she began telling me why is better to go tried and true and talk to people rather than use the kiosk. I initially wanted to go to this Panera because it looked fancy and new but as I soon learned, external beauty doesn't mean it'll look good on the inside.

I was so excited to hear a new Panera was opening up! I go to the one on E State street frequently and love ordering the Asian Sesame salad. I don’t write reviews ever but I felt I needed to speak about my experience… the service was very slow, my mac and cheese came cold, and the Asian sesame salad was a sad collection of romaine lettuce, some wontons crisps, and a small amount of dressing. Nice seating but would stick to going to the West Lafayette one on E State St.

Lot of reviews saying that service is slow. I went at 11 (not the busiest time of the day) and got my food fairly quickly. That being said, the employees looked somewhat lost at times when it got a bit busier, and I could see there being a problem when the lunch rush comes in. The food tasted like it looked and seemed pretty fresh as far as I could tell. I can't see this being a super fun place to hang out, however. Tables were somewhat dirty, and dishes were stacked up by the trash. I would probably go back for the yum yums.

I’m sorry—I’m sure the workers serving the food are doing the best they can, but they were out of a surprising amount of ingredients and the bread for the sandwich they were able to make for us was so bad. I’m guessing it was just a rush job because it was very underbaked/underproved: almost adorably tiny and returned back to its dough state with a pinch. I think management might need to take it a step up with running the place because I am usually a Panera fiend, but I’m losing more trust in this location each time I go.

I was super excited about there being a Panera Bread on this side of town, but I’ve been a little disappointed. I ordered my food online today, and it was obviously made waaay too early because my avocado was very brown on my sandwich, I ordered 2 baguettes and received 0, but they did give me 3 bags of chips. I dined in and the food was fresh but the soup was barely warm. I hope they are just working out the growing pains of it being a new store, because if it doesn’t improve then I won’t continue to go there.

Drive through employee was playing with a ball of dough, tossing it back and forth and squishing it between ungloved fingers for minutes. Can’t imagine what all he touched and contaminated after that. No other employee said anything to him about this behavior, and I hope to all things good that that dough was tossed out. Cherry on top was that my sandwich had a huge, very obvious spot of uncooked dough, still soft, stretchy and totally untoasted. Manager claimed it was just the humidity of my sandwich, which somehow made a raw dough spot in the identical place on the another half of my sandwich as well. They clearly cannot keep up with the demand of the students being back in town, and I will be hesitant to order from them in the future, especially with management refusing to acknowledge serious health hazards.

Got an email saying the carry out order was ready, but it was not on the shelves when I got there. Once I gave them my name, they handed me a bag that was not my order. Went back into the store, and they gave me the correct order. Got the order home, and one of the breakfast sandwiches was not complete (missing the sausage) This store has a reputation of poor service and inaccurate orders. My experience confirms this reputation.

I became a beverage club member a month ago and have fully enjoyed it and more than got my moneys worth. Today was the first time I ordered food. It was delicious, filling and hot. I love all the bread options. I didn't know they did so many different options. Clean environment. Friendly and helpful staff.

Out of avocado for my sammie, but it was still good. New location. Staff is friendly, outdoor seating. Clean and new. Super cold inside though. We ate quick and got out.

This is the worst operated Panera Bread location. We were so excited that finally we had Panera Bread in the North of West Lafayette but I've made 4 online orders and got 3 of them wrong. They modify your order without communicating you. Considering our phone numbers are associated with out accounts, this is unacceptable. I don't have yo eat what they have, I want to eat what I paid for.
