My therapist is very thorough. I feel very stable since starting with Edith. I would definitely recommend this for anyone with mental disorders. I have received the best care I've ever had.

If I could give this zero stars, I would. Frustrating experience to start with because because the online platform had connectivity issues. Once we got past that, it was very clear to me that the provider, Edith Anyieni, did not read any of my intake paperwork. What a waste of time for me to sit there and answer questions I had already completed two days before. At one point she asked me a question and I did not hear her so I asked her to please repeat the question and she ROLLED HER EYES at me. She spent much of the appointment challenging the diagnoses I have had literally since age 3 and was reciting what the DSM says about them. I asked her if I could reduce the dose of one of my mediations and she said I’d have to come into the office to discuss it. I said that I only take it 3-4 times/month as needed so I could wait for an office appointment. Then in the appointment follow up notes, she wrote for me to take that medication once daily at the full dose - clearly was not listening to a word I said. This was the WORST experience I have ever had with a mental health provider. DO NOT RECOMMEND!!

My Lifestance experience has been concerning, frustrating, and time consuming. I’ve never had to pay double my copay to see a specialist. Be prepared for the nurse psych to charge you 2x your copay which means they charged my insurance twice for one visit! also be prepared for the billing team to have the audacity to tell you it’s not me it’s your insurance but not look into the issue at all! Noooo it’s you. So ask yourself, would you rather be charged 2x your copay for a nurse with a MS degree who wants to be paid like an MD or pay one copay to a licensed medical doctor which I’m sure gets paid more but it doesn’t matter, you only have to pay one copay and your insurance is charged once. The choice is yours. Either way the billing department is completely disconnected from the people who charge your insurance. Save your money, save your time and find one professional to do all the task and charge you one time. I don’t know if this is happening with other professionals there but it took an hour to get in contact with billing and once I finally got them on the phone they basically said I don’t know. So don’t wast your time and money. It’s not worth it.

I really appreciate Tara Scott’s calm, careful listening, her common sense recommendations, as well as being coach & teacher. She has been intentional about sleuthing out my symptoms & finding the best medication match for me. I am feeling well, depression gone, anxiety on the wane. Thanks Tara & LifeStance!

I am very happy with my experience thus far. The new patient process was simple, straightforward and transparent. Mark Gaskill is the perfect fit and I am looking forward to continuing this journey.

My doctor was very kind and walked me through the process and I’m excited about moving forward. Also the staff at life stance were very nice and respectful and accommodating.

My 12-year-old daughter is a student-athlete with anxiety. She has had two appointments and has felt really great about her experience so far. She is looking forward to her next session, and feels confident that her therapist will be able to help her through this. Great experience so far.

I have nothing but positive things to say about Lifestance. I have struggled for years to find mental health providers that are not only in my network but also ones that I feel comfortable with. I took a chance on lifestance and I am glad I did. Both of the providers I see (virtually) have made me feel like I am truly being seen and heard. Also, as a neurodivergent I truly appreciate the automated text reminders that I receive…no missed appointments yay!
